Biashi helped me- looked up my account- asked relevant questions and was able to use my phone protection to get me a new phone delivered to the store the next day. I was trapped in a cycle of trying to break into my Gmail and this phone guru took my phone and set it up in minutes- all contacts, photos and apps! WOW! this lady is the bomb! She is wonderful and I will go to her for any phone help I may need.”

“Gotta give the biggest shout out with all the gratitude in the world I can give to Saraa! She spent an entire day almost, with my family and I. She didnt give up until we got done what needed to be done. If there is a female version of knight in shinning armor shes mine 💯 literally pulled me out of a bad spot with another carrier I wont name and made the day and quite possibly the year for us!
