“The clinic got our cat in on short notice as a new patient after we discovered an infected wound. Dr. Lee and the nurses were very friendly, listened to our concerns and went slow with our grouchy boy. I love that they have separate dog/cat lobbies and rooms and that they took our financial concerns into account. We will definitely be making them our primary clinic for both our cats going forward.”
“I had the most amazing experience with staff member Bree that I have to share. I had inquired to see if they could help our Pit puppy with a joint deformity. Bree said she would check with the Dr and call me back. She did check and called me back after office hours. Bree explained she wanted to make sure I got an answer. Unfortunately, the pup needs treatment from a surgeon that specializes in this problem. That was so kind to let me know instead of taking him to the office to then just refer us elsewhere. Thank you Bree. You are awesome and you obviously care deeply about animals. What a great representation of your clinic”
“"Dr. Jundt has been caring for our KOKO for several weeks. He had another episode and had to be seen right away. The staff squeezed him in with Dr Marsh because Dr Jundt was off by the available appointment time. My exuberant surprise when Dr Jundt walked in to the exam room. She learned of Koko's appointment and stayed to care for him. Who does that?!? A vet Dr. who truly cares for her Furrbaby patients. Adding to the care and professionalism from the Cobblestone tech's and staff...

“Tempe Lake provided a headache-free experience through and through. From making the appointment, checking in, initial examination and follow up Tempe lake's staff were professional, clear and kind. Even our cat (Naia), who is usually extra stressed at and after vet visits, was quick to warm up to them and return to her usual antics when we got home after the exam and treatment!
Comparing with other clinics, even their treatment plans and pricing were meaningfully less difficult and expensive. As our kitty is getting older, we expect her needs will be growing in time, but we are less concerned with being able to afford to get her the care she needs thanks to Tempe Lake.”

Yuki was nervous at first like any kitten would be going to the vet for the first time, but Dr. Popoff and her team made Yuki feel safe and comfortable, and by the end of the visit was playing with Dr. Popoff and the Techs! It was a wonderful experience, and I recommend any pet parents to take your precious pets to VCA Tri City!”

“We purchased our puppy 4 years ago and it was recommended that we get her first vaccinations from Dr Bebawy. We were immediately impressed by the doctor and the office. Even though we live over a half hour away, we have never taken our baby anywhere else. She loves the doctor and often breaks away from us as she is being weighed in to run down the halls looking for him., checking at each exam room. Never have I seen an animal so enthused to see a vet! That alone is worth the long drive to this office. The doctor is so kind and we are so confident in the care we receive we can’t imagine taking her anywhere else.”

“VCA has been nothing short of wonderful with my pups care! They are compassionate and understanding towards her specific needs. I feel like everyone truly listens which makes me comfortable as a first time dog owner. They offer everything from basic care to nail trims to ER related visits. They are also very honest in pricing and what our $$$ go to. All of the staff here have been wonderful. I am grateful the humane society uses them as a preferred provider!”
“My dog has a wellness plan here. We've had good experiences in the past, and still do most of the time, especially in regards to being worked in on short notice which I really do appreciate. I do think their customer service could use some work. My dog is reaching end of life and other than Dr. Jermansky I do not feel they have been very compassionate as we try to figure out what can keep my dog comfortable until her quality of life is no longer.”
“Wow I'm so impressed with this place!!! I'll be honest I always get PetSmart and Petco confused so upon moving to Az I accidentally booked at pet smart. I had a horrible experience..... so l was a little hesitant about what my next experience would be like at a different pet store but a lot of small owned businesses here wouldn't take xl dogs.But Petco is a cheaper option out off all the ones I've seen with our dogs needs! I'll tell you we had nothing but a good experience from when we walked in to when we walked out! Nala and willow looked amazing!!!! They were completely dry and smelt soooo good! Nala is a lab so she sheds 24/7 and I'm so impressed with how much hair they got off of her! She looks so much lighter! Their coats are so soft and they were not scared or anything upon pick up!! They must of loved it! Honestly we will never go anywhere else! 10/10 with this Petco! Plus you get a punch card on the app and you get amazing discounts on the grooming! Thanks so much you guys! I'm glad we found a place like this!”
