“I was thankful that the technician returned to our home after coming early morning. My phone went to voice mail & doorbell didn't work. His maintenence was about 20 mins. For having a warranty agreement the fee for the Furnace maintenance was steep. No breaks for maintenance services”

“Place is usually clean and well laid out. It's smaller than the one on Broadway. Didn't have the massive discounted Christmas items like other places did after Christmas maybe have to wait a week till it gets discounted. Overall if your in the need for a quick stop for a gift this is your place. Usually find great makeup and skincare items and jewelry. Not much tech or shoes especially men's shoes.”
“Nabbed a really nice rug for under $100. Also outfitted our bathroom (for the most part) with new stuff from here :) gets a little busy on the weekends, and can be hard to find stuff, but you can usually walk away with something good.”
“A worker name Olivia I ask for a sample for make up and to try it on my face and she said they don’t do it in all face, I always buy from this places and the ladies always seat me and try it on my face.

“Dollar tree is certainly not a dollar anymore. However still great pricing for what you get. Containers for instance are incredible pricing compared to other stores. Xmas stuff very good place to purchase those types of items decorating etc. Good choices but almost gone. Staff friendly and quick to answer any questions. No complaints.”
“Perfume employees were fantastic when assisting me with finding new fragrances. Unfortunately purchasing perfumes that are $350+ without being offered samples, being treated like I am doing something wrong when asking for a sample or employees stating they cannot make me a sample is an unfortunate aspect of the current perfume sale industry.”
“I have never gone into this store, which is in Spectrum Shopping Center, only the one in El Con Mall. Staff were very helpful and the store is very clean. I will go back in the future.”

“Ross is interesting. You can get good deals but you will deal with sometimes trashy people. This is one of the nicer stores in the area, because it’s a nicer area, but close to the interstate, so seems the trash can still wander in. There was a long line and some customer who was in main character mode, decided to act like a jerk and try to shake down the cashier over a cash transaction. In 2025 other than strippers and drug dealers, who is doing cash transactions?! Regardless the employee, Morgan handled the situation like a professional, and steered the person to the manager while they held up the line. The cashier moved on the the next customers with a smile. I have empathy for retail employees, probably grossly underpaid, deal with with crap all day and do it in stride.”

“This Ross has the best selection of bedding and pillows. Found some awesome deals $15 extra firm Serta pillows, $5 per pillow encasement. I don't mind they stop me after purchase to check my reciept cause they are trying to keep prices low and deter lowlife theives from taking advantage of them. Good for Ross for doing that.
