“Great service by Preston, he's setting the standard, for sure. I even witnessed Preston mentoring a trainee who wasn't sure how to handle a situation with a customer. Booked same-day, got a 2024 in the class that I booked, and Preston hooked me up with SXM radio, so I can jam out to those 90's tunes I like so much. All around easy experience, and met all of my expectations.”

“With people that are complaining about slowness, they have obviously never rented a car before - it takes time. However, I want to tell you that the young lady Courtney at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I had came from a car wreck and was very upset. Left there with a smile on my face. I had to Return the vehicle, unfortunately because my Insurance company will only let me use a certain rental place. I’ll tell you what she made this whole process easy with me returning the car! Also, the man who helped me get into the car in the was very very nice and polite, and did a great inspection and the car was perfect. I don’t know his name, but he was very nice also. When I get to choose a place, I will rent a car from Hertz mostly because of the customer service. Knowing that someone is there to take care of you and feeling like they are going to take care of things makes a whole difference when you’re going through a difficult problem.”
