26310 Fraser Hwy #250, AldergroveAs a person who has enjoyed pets my whole life, I have always enjoyed Bosleys.... However their langley store AND their Aldergrove store go ABOVE and BEYOND. I have a blue nose pitty, rather large at over 100 pounds with a head like a basket ball.. Most folks are rather hesitant to approach ( they have no idea, blue nose pitties are not your average pitt bull).
I had purchased a different food the other day and the young fellow that helped me warned me about the small kibble buy me always knowing everything ( NOT) got it anyway... I humbly returned to bath Jack's a few days later ( today) and the lady, not even the one who had helped me offered to return the food and exchange it for a larger kibbled food.
The staff was more than friendly/ helpful and sincere... I will be coming back to wash my dog and get his stuff there as long as I live in this beautiful area.

The team at Dog Gone Beautiful Smiles took such great care of my girl through the entire session! I only wish I had found them earlier. We will be repeat customers!

2962 272 St, AldergroveWe’ve used this office before with Dr Wolfe and loved it! My senior dog has been being seen by Dr Litalien and I can’t be more grateful. My dog had dental surgery with Dr Litalien today and we had the best experience. Mandy, Mike and Makayla were so great all day with before, during and after care and the Dr called me twice to discuss things and explain. They even sent us home with a care package with toothpaste, toothbrush, fresh breath water additive, a new soft Kong toy, wet food and pictures of his after of his new smile and all the after care needed. Very thankful for this vet and the care they gave my senior chowsky Chico today! Even stayed under the quoted budget even though it took additional time and even additional radiology costs last week. I will always recommend this vet office and their staff - they are one of a kind. Thank you again!

Aldergrove Animal Hospital
26841 Fraser Hwy, AldergroveI couldn't be more thrilled with the service I receive at this vet office. My dog is not easy to deal with as he is very frightened of everything (life is out to get him is his personality) and the compassion these people have is really heartwarming. They never push him past his comfort level and they always treat him with the most care even when he is a little monster. I won't ever take him to another vet, every experience for him here has been a good one, and that's exactly what he needs to become trusting of new people.
We had gone to another vet that traumatized the little guy, and left me crying in the vet office hearing his screams of terror. My anxiety for taking him to the vet is high, but I have never been uncomfortable with the thought of taking him here.
Thank you so much for all that you do, and for listening to my concerns with open ears and an open heart. Your love for animals is clear.
