The second we pull into the parking lot, my dog is already wagging her tail with excitement and can't wait to get inside. That alone tells me everything I need to know. The team is incredibly welcoming, genuinely kind, and treats every dog like they're part of the family.
Every visit, my pup comes home looking amazing, and most importantly happy. The
love and care they put into every dog is obvious.

She was a delight to have in our lives. Our decision came on September 1 2026 to euthanize her at Boundry Bay through a coworker, who told us about her experience. The compassion and thoughtfulness were unexpected as we have never had such great treatment and I’ve had several dogs over the years. so thank you Boundry Bay for your love and your compassion for animals. From both Ali’s mom’s, we miss you. 🥰

My dog was transferred here from Boundary Bay Animal Hospital a couple of months ago because they could not give me any answers pertaining to my senior dogs severe stomach upset and vomiting. All Critters was able to give me a diagnosis almost immediately and give him proper medication and treatment allowing him recover. This hospital genuinely cares about your pet, is affordable, and all they want to do is help. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

15338 Fraser Highway, SurreyConfused and concerned about my cat's behavior I called Mainland. Our normal animal hospital was closed but Mainland was able to get us right in. Everyone on their staff treated us with compassion and patience and reassured us that could help our cat. New to having cats we were completely lost and scared as to what was happening to our 2 year old (it happened to be his birthday that day) male cat Rue. They confidently reassured us, promptly diagnosised his condition and spent the next two days caring for Rue all while alleviating our concerns. He was returned to us last night a wee bit groggy but ready to resume his Princely position within our home! I'm sorry in my fear based state I failed to get the names of all the people who cared for our much loved Rue but I assure you everyone at Mainland was patient kind knowledgeable.

Years after that they have done the same for my dog when she had severe separation anxiety moving to a new home. Months later my other 14 year old cat (rutos sister) is having issues and they have been the sweetest to her and overwhelming caring. I have never felt such a great bond with my veterinarians. It's a comfort to me knowing they love our animals as much as we do.

You can tell how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She puts so much thought, time, and intention into helping them and making sure they’re getting exactly what they need.
I’m so thankful for all of her help with Monty and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their dog and their wellbeing.

We consider ourselves to be foodies but never tried Afghan food before, now it might be one of our favorite cuisines! Three flavours are incredible but balanced. The standouts were the mantu ( beef dumplings), the kebab chicken and the bolani. The mocktails were tasty and creative too. We were also sat in the traditional seating section, it was very immersive in a beautiful culture, the service was so friendly, the vibes immaculate. We will back again soon!

The Dal Makhani was rich, creamy, and full of flavour, and the Garlic Naan and Lachha Paratha were fresh, soft, and went perfectly with it. The Manchurian was also excellent and very flavourful.
Overall, the food quality was outstanding and we genuinely enjoyed our meal. Definitely one of the better Indian restaurants I’ve tried in Surrey for North Indian vegetarian food. Would happily come back again and highly recommend it!
