Tran (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was beyond helpful. We had a great chat about dogs nutrition, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the products he carries and wants what's best for every pet. He even sent me home with several samples for my Mini Dachshund to try so we could figure out what he likes before committing to a full bag. That level of care and customer service really stood out.
I'm so happy I stopped by. I can't say enough good things about him and the store. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring service! Thank you so much!

They are always intentive and have fantastic answers to all my questions. They have helped me find both a new food aswell as treats for my pup. They also gave my daughter a kitty sticker that she adored. Thank you to a great staff.

2773 Barnet Hwy #1, CoquitlamWhile I was on vacation, I was speaking with a representative from Korna Pet via Instagram because my two dogs were about to run out of food and were being looked after by my boyfriend’s mom. I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t run out, especially since their food is hard to find. Our usual pet store wasn’t getting it in until January 9, but Korna told me their North Van location had it in stock and that they could have it delivered to the Coquitlam location by January 4, which was perfect timing.
When my boyfriend’s mom went to pick it up on the day they said it would arrive, the staff acted completely clueless. I ended up calling them, and that’s when I was told their delivery driver had quit that day, so the food was never delivered. I don’t understand why they didn’t reach out to me on Instagram to let me know, especially since I told them how important this was and that I was on vacation trying to make sure my dogs had their food on time before running out.
I have two dogs and they both eat the same food - it’s the only one that works well for both of them, which makes my life easier. Unfortunately, this specific flavour is very hard to get. I was really disappointed with how this was handled. Thank goodness I planned ahead and also ordered it from another pet store, so she was able to pick it up there instead.
I was also surprised that Korna never mentioned they had smaller bags available in that flavour. Overall, this experience really turned us off, and we wouldn’t want to give them our business after this.
Update: Updating my review as Korna reached out and made things right.

As much as Tori dislikes getting dropped off (because he knows mama is leaving him for a few hours), Dana and Mana always makes sure that Tori is comfortable by offering treats and talking to him to make sure he’s comfortable going in. Tori’s haircuts and nail trims always turn out super cute he looks like a little teddy bear! Both Mana and Dana are attentive and will consider your requests in terms of trims and what they can do. 658 Clarke Road, CoquitlamI had only been a client since Dec. 2024 when I brought my pup Brody in to see Dr. Vanstone, he was 11 at the time. Dr. Vanstone is a great vet & is beyond patient & informative. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in detail. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Brody this past Friday & honestly I don't know how I would have gotten through one of the toughest decisions to date if not for Dr. Vanstone. She is extremely compassionate & also knew I liked receiving information in a very direct & factual manner, without sugarcoating anything & that's how she was able to keep me calm & rationale while I had to make the decision to say goodbye. Brody had a tumor that had ruptured earlier in the week, which caused the medical emergency to say goodbye. Dr. Vanstone & her staff stayed a later than normal while we waited for a family friend to arrive to say goodbye to Brody as well. The utmost professionalism & compassion that Dr. Vanstone & the staff extended to me, Brody & Brody's dad during that time will never be forgotten. He knew how much he was loved & I couldn't have asked to say goodbye in more calm environment than the one Dr. Vanstone & staff provided. Thank you for letting us say goodbye to Brody with dignity.

1520 Como Lake Ave, CoquitlamWe just got back from a 2 week vacation & had Carole watch our fur babies - Tia our darling little dog - - Midnight our lovable cat - and our fish aquarium - I have no words to commend Carole on a job well done!! - not only is Wags 2 Whiskers reliable, affordable but your fur babies are not just taken care of they are tenderly loved by Carole. We think Tia is missing her today. Carole emailed us regularly while we were away making our holiday that much more enjoyable. Rocky went out of his way to assist Carole when Tia would not go to the bathroom, Rocky also took time out of his day to look at our vacuum cleaner as Carole was ensuring our place was spotless upon our return. We have hired other pet sitters in the past & our thoughts are that Wags 2 Whiskers is the best!! If you have a upcoming holiday and worried about the care of your fur babies Wags 2 Whiskers is highly recommended by both Russell & me.

Today I had a great experience with a young man who helped me pick out creatine pills and vitamins. He stood out because he genuinely helped me, he was very knowledgeable about supplements and how it would benefit my health! The environment was very friendly and welcoming. They also got me samples for greens too. Highly recommend this location!

2120 Austin Avenue, CoquitlamMy husband and I went to Kook's Cooks for brunch. The inside of the restaurant was full so we sat outside on the patio, it was nice weather, quite and cozy at the same time. Our servers were amazing (Ms. Nadia and Ms. Lee kyung), pleasant energy and speedy service.
I ordered the iced mocha latte (taste like chocolate milk with a splash of coffee, so good) and chicken and waffles full size. Generous portion size and really good.
My husband ordered the Bulgogi Benney and latte coffee. He said the it was amazing also.
I also like that they give a button to ring for the server instead of having to wave them down when they go by.
We had a great time. This place is also great to bring families.
