They are always intentive and have fantastic answers to all my questions. They have helped me find both a new food aswell as treats for my pup. It was especially nice to be able to try different products based on my dog’s preferences.
The powder products, in particular, are very convenient to mix with regular meals, making them easy to incorporate consistently while also supporting my dog’s overall health. Overall, the quality and product selection feel well thought out, and I would definitely consider purchasing again.

Hansard Crescent, CoquitlamTammy is extremely gentle and kind to all animals. She's taken care of my dog and cat for the past five years. And, my cat is "very selective" to whom she'll give affection. Tammy won the cat's heart immediately. Tammy has had a wonderful relationship with my dog since puppy hood. And, they've had a great and fun time together during the hikes and overnights. Not to mention play time with my dog's many friends. I highly RECOMMEND Tammy. She's a wonderful dependable person and true animal lover!

2773 Barnet Highway Suite 1, CoquitlamWhile I was on vacation, I was speaking with a representative from Korna Pet via Instagram because my two dogs were about to run out of food and were being looked after by my boyfriend’s mom. I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t run out, especially since their food is hard to find. Our usual pet store wasn’t getting it in until January 9, but Korna told me their North Van location had it in stock and that they could have it delivered to the Coquitlam location by January 4, which was perfect timing.
When my boyfriend’s mom went to pick it up on the day they said it would arrive, the staff acted completely clueless. I ended up calling them, and that’s when I was told their delivery driver had quit that day, so the food was never delivered. I don’t understand why they didn’t reach out to me on Instagram to let me know, especially since I told them how important this was and that I was on vacation trying to make sure my dogs had their food on time before running out.
I have two dogs and they both eat the same food - it’s the only one that works well for both of them, which makes my life easier. Unfortunately, this specific flavour is very hard to get. I was really disappointed with how this was handled. Thank goodness I planned ahead and also ordered it from another pet store, so she was able to pick it up there instead.
I was also surprised that Korna never mentioned they had smaller bags available in that flavour. Overall, this experience really turned us off, and we wouldn’t want to give them our business after this.
Update: Updating my review as Korna reached out and made things right.

She is engaging and informative, but the best part is when she doesn't have an immediate answer or solution she goes looking for it. Now it is apparent that she really enjoys her job, especially helping others. I wish other customer service based businesses hired individuals like Zoe. We think Tia is missing her today. Carole emailed us regularly while we were away making our holiday that much more enjoyable. Rocky went out of his way to assist Carole when Tia would not go to the bathroom, Rocky also took time out of his day to look at our vacuum cleaner as Carole was ensuring our place was spotless upon our return. We have hired other pet sitters in the past & our thoughts are that Wags 2 Whiskers is the best!! If you have a upcoming holiday and worried about the care of your fur babies Wags 2 Whiskers is highly recommended by both Russell & me.

I mostly order online, and my smoothie is ALWAYS perfect. It travels so well and arrives thick, fresh, and delicious every single time. I’ve also visited in person, and the team is always super kind, welcoming, and helpful when explaining different products and add-ins.
My go-to order is the Berry Delicious with added avocado, strawberries, powdered peanut butter, and Udo’s Oil = perfection!!! My partner loves the Maca Rush with whey protein.
Hands down my favorite location, they consistently make the best smoothies. Highly recommend!!!
