The last little while has been a really difficult and stressful time as we’ve been trying to figure out Declan’s allergies and find what works best for him. I feel like I’ve called the clinic almost every day with another question, concern, or request for advice, and every single time, they have been nothing but patient, kind, reassuring, and genuinely caring.
They never make us feel like we’re bothering them or asking too many questions. They take the time to listen, talk through our options, explain things, and reassure us when we need it most. That kind of support means more than they probably realize, especially when you’re worried about your puppy and just want to do everything you can for him.
And the sweetest part is that Declan absolutely LOVES going to see his Country Grove Vet family. He gets so excited when we pull up, which says everything about how comfortable and loved he feels there.
We are so incredibly grateful to have found a team that cares not only about their patients, but about the people who love them too. Thank you for being so wonderful to our boy and for supporting us through a stressful time. We truly appreciate you guys more than words can express. ❤
