Winners is a place to shop for garments and household items in Vancouver, often featuring many brands at a discount. Shoppers can randomly find very good stuff with a fair price, though the best items go very quickly and you need to be lucky to find your size. The store has a good selection and is not usually too crowded. However, this location has the smallest selection compared to others, especially for men's clothing and shoes, where the section seems to get smaller. A recurring issue is that the checkout line can sometimes be quite long. There can also be problems like sensor tags being put through delicate materials. You have to visit frequently to find the good items.
Name brands but 50% off or more in some cases. It’s a hit and miss sometimes you find something good sometimes there’s nothing kinda like a thrift store but the products are new.

Within my one-month-stay in Burnaby, I visited almost all Winners & one Marshalls in GVA, all are pleasurable except one, Marine Wy, Burnaby - only few notable helpful staff & smiling cashiers.
