Great store, solid selection, and well educated staff (I love to ask questions and get real answers).
Roberta sold me two pairs of Brooks last spring and I’ve loved them. For what my opinion is worth, they’re even better than Bondis. I don’t run, but I’m on my feet about 14hrs a day. I used to burn through a pair of shoes in maybe three months plus I had a wicked case of plantar faciitis. It’s true: you get what you pay for, plus you FEEL what you pay for.
These guys know their stuff and def bring the goods to the table. Highly recommend and will continue to buy shoes from Roberta ?”

“This location is by far much better than the Macarthur outlet in richmond. The staff are nicer and willing to answer questions. They have way more selection than the richmond oulet and what I bought there was also the same price as the one in richmond. With the same prices, but more selection and better customer service, this is definitely the location to go in my opinion.”

I learned about something called inner pronation. I was really impressed because this kind of expertise is more what you’d expect from a podiatrist or kinesiologist.
