1070 Gibsons Way, GibsonsI was a tourist (with no pet) who happened to spot the murals on the wall of the vet’s office. I am mesmerized by the work. The local artist is Amber Sanborn. Another tribute to the hidden gem of Gibsons, BC. If I was local and had a pet, I would bring them here just to see the art. I’m sure the vet and staff members are just as talented!

1053 Stewart Rd., GibsonsThe food and drink were delicious, but the self-serve book store with obscure and important titles took this from a 4 to a 5 star destination. They even have gf cider (as if you needed further inspiration). If you do nothing else this summer - visit Persephone Brewing.

1057 Gibsons Way, GibsonsI’ve spent a good portion of my life in search of the perfect Almond Croissant; that journey came to a satisfying conclusion at More Café in Gibsons, BC!
The croissant was flaky and crispy on the outside with a soft, buttery center. The frangipane was everything it was supposed to be: sweet, nutty, and perfectly balanced!
This was the perfect stop before jumping on the ferry back to Horseshoe Bay. However, we were so distracted by the glorious selection of treats that we forgot our backpack (wallet & ID included) on the table when we left!!
Many thanks to Andrew and Leslie for saving our butts and shipping our bag back to us!!
Can’t wait to visit again the next time we are on the Sunshine Coast :)

537 Cruice Ln, GibsonsReally great time at tapworks, had some awesome beers and burgers not to mention the delicious garlic Parm fries.
Friendly staff and a very good amount of seating, will definitely be coming back when in the area!

316 Gower Point Rd, GibsonsDecor is excellent, retro tables and surroundings. Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, John Belushi and Betty Boop. The staff very good fast professional helping each other. Food delicious we had two types of Bennies, which you could have their great fried hash or a tasty green salad both are good.

Blackfish Pub
966 Venture Way, GibsonsAlways delicious! Everything on the menu is really good, but I always get there steak sai salad. It's massive and delicious. The pub itself is well laid out and a great environment for a nice dinner for two or for ten. Meals can be pricey, at times being close to $30, but for a night out it's definitely worth it.
