RichmondMy experience at this store has always been delightful. They definitely do the above and beyond with taking care and grooming my feisty cat. She can be a handful and they are extremely patient with her and will take care of all her/our needs.
A situation occurred where after my cat had been groomed, I realized that her behind was full of her poop due to her hair being too long there, and when I had called in to see if they can take care of it, they were happy to allow me to walk in (2 weeks later) and they did a clean and trim at her behind at no charge!
They definitely want to create a good relationship with their customers and are not money hungry like other places, they definitely show that they care about us and our pets!
110% satisfied, have been their customer since they have opened up, and forever will be. Thank you all very much for your service!
Ps. I don't review much places as I am usually a busy person, however, when I do, it usually means that the place deserves the time I would take to make the review! :)

One de fur let me drop in with him right away. He hates getting his nails done and they were so great with him! Also great prices :) my dog left super happy and comfortable. As you can see from my photo he was happy during the trimming as well

I went to one around kitsilano and the guy working there had to go out of his way to remind me in a slightly authoritative way that I need to sign in first before using the dog wash station next time. With this Bosley’s, all I need to do is walk in, give a quick shoutout to the staff and walk straight to the dog wash station. The individual treats at the counter are very overpriced, but their selection of treats are not bad. It could be better with more local brands or small business brands though!

Over the years, I’ve also referred countless Woofer Walkers Doggy Daycare Resort & Sanctuary clients to Christine and her wonderful team because I know they’ll be looked after with the same exceptional care and kindness that my own dogs receive.
They have always gone above and beyond for me. Whenever one of my dogs needs grooming, they somehow manage to fit us in as quickly as possible, even when they’re incredibly busy. Their customer service is second to none.
Most importantly, I know my dogs are safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved while they’re there. Every member of the team treats them with so much patience, compassion, and care, and it shows. They come home looking absolutely beautiful every single time, with gorgeous coats and happy little faces.
Running a doggy daycare and boarding resort means I have very high standards when it comes to the people I trust with my own dogs, and Christine’s Grooming Studio exceeds those standards every time.
I truly love and appreciate everyone there and honestly don’t know what I’d do without them. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my woofers all these years. You are simply the best!

The haircut was exactly what I asked for—short, clean, and perfect for the summer. I’m very happy with how it turned out. They even put a cute green scarf on him, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Being away from home, Argo was my everything and my sole companion in a foreign country. When he passed away, I was completely heartbroken and was stuck in deep grief for a very long time. It has taken me years to finally gather the strength to write this review.
What touched me the most was receiving a sympathy card from the clinic after Argo’s passing. While it might be a standard procedure for the clinic, as a grieving pet owner, it meant the world to me. Knowing that someone in this foreign place remembered us and cared enough to reach out brought immense comfort during my darkest days.
Every single visit, the staff and doctors treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Thank you all so much for not only your medical expertise but also the genuine warmth you showed to Argo and me. Highly recommended.

He helped so much with our pets- we have three and saved their lives with all different needs. You will not find a better vet anywhere. My dog is so sick and he went out of his way to help her. I took her to emergency vet in Vancouver and they did not help and charged a fortune. Dr Chaudry found the issue and treated her. I am so grateful for all his help. He saved her life. You will never find anyone better.

Talia was just so thoughtful, kind, and graceful in every interaction from the interview to preparing for our dog's arrival and picking up our dog - the process was thorough and sets you up for success. Our boy is so sweet and matches his description perfectly - you can tell that the volunteers in Chile cared for him so, so lovingly. We'd definitely adopt from them again!
