RichmondMy experience at this store has always been delightful. They definitely do the above and beyond with taking care and grooming my feisty cat. She can be a handful and they are extremely patient with her and will take care of all her/our needs.
A situation occurred where after my cat had been groomed, I realized that her behind was full of her poop due to her hair being too long there, and when I had called in to see if they can take care of it, they were happy to allow me to walk in (2 weeks later) and they did a clean and trim at her behind at no charge!
They definitely want to create a good relationship with their customers and are not money hungry like other places, they definitely show that they care about us and our pets!
110% satisfied, have been their customer since they have opened up, and forever will be. Thank you all very much for your service!
Ps. I don't review much places as I am usually a busy person, however, when I do, it usually means that the place deserves the time I would take to make the review! :)

Over the years, I’ve also referred countless Woofer Walkers Doggy Daycare Resort & Sanctuary clients to Christine and her wonderful team because I know they’ll be looked after with the same exceptional care and kindness that my own dogs receive.
They have always gone above and beyond for me. Whenever one of my dogs needs grooming, they somehow manage to fit us in as quickly as possible, even when they’re incredibly busy. Their customer service is second to none.
Most importantly, I know my dogs are safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved while they’re there. Every member of the team treats them with so much patience, compassion, and care, and it shows. They come home looking absolutely beautiful every single time, with gorgeous coats and happy little faces.
Running a doggy daycare and boarding resort means I have very high standards when it comes to the people I trust with my own dogs, and Christine’s Grooming Studio exceeds those standards every time.
I truly love and appreciate everyone there and honestly don’t know what I’d do without them. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my woofers all these years. You are simply the best!

The haircut was exactly what I asked for—short, clean, and perfect for the summer. I’m very happy with how it turned out. They even put a cute green scarf on him, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Being away from home, Argo was my everything and my sole companion in a foreign country. When he passed away, I was completely heartbroken and was stuck in deep grief for a very long time. It has taken me years to finally gather the strength to write this review.
What touched me the most was receiving a sympathy card from the clinic after Argo’s passing. While it might be a standard procedure for the clinic, as a grieving pet owner, it meant the world to me. Knowing that someone in this foreign place remembered us and cared enough to reach out brought immense comfort during my darkest days.
Every single visit, the staff and doctors treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Thank you all so much for not only your medical expertise but also the genuine warmth you showed to Argo and me. Highly recommended.

Also ,Amir handled our cat very professionally, and he explained everything to us very clearly, especially about the litter box.
The reception staff were also very welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.

From start to finish, everything was seamless. Tonya, the manager, was incredibly responsive, attentive to detail, and wonderfully accommodating throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the event, the venue was beautifully decorated, spotless, and exceptionally well organized. The staff were kind, courteous, and welcoming to all of my guests.
Our event happened to fall during one of Country Vines' busiest times of year- their popular Pumpkin Festival- but you would never have known it from the level of service we received! Despite the bustling season, they went above and beyond to accommodate our large group and made us feel like a priority.
The setting itself is absolutely beautiful- spacious, inviting, and the perfect backdrop for a memorable gathering. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing me to relax and simply enjoy the day with my clients.
I am so pleased with how everything turned out and truly appreciate the care and effort that went into making our event such a success. I wouldn't hesitate to host another event at Country Vines and will absolutely be back!

The venue, the food, and the drinks were all excellent, but what truly made the occasion special was the staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality created an atmosphere worthy of the man we had come together to remember.

Talia was just so thoughtful, kind, and graceful in every interaction from the interview to preparing for our dog's arrival and picking up our dog - the process was thorough and sets you up for success. Our boy is so sweet and matches his description perfectly - you can tell that the volunteers in Chile cared for him so, so lovingly. We'd definitely adopt from them again!

BC SPCA Richmond
12071 No 5 Road, RichmondI can’t thank the BC SPCA enough for everything they did during one of the hardest moments our family has ever experienced.
Our free-roaming cat was tragically hit by a car, and we had no idea what had happened. The BC SPCA contacted us after a kind person reported finding our cat on the road. Their staff respectfully recovered our cat’s body, carefully prepared everything, and notified us so we could come and say our final goodbye. They didn’t charge us anything for this, and the kindness and compassion they showed meant the world to us. They gave our beloved cat the dignity and respect she deserved.
They also offered cremation services at a very affordable price, along with a beautiful paw print keepsake that we will treasure forever.
This wasn’t our first experience with the BC SPCA. Our previous cat was spayed through their clinic, and the cost was only about a quarter of what most private veterinary hospitals charge, while the care was excellent.
The BC SPCA is so much more than an animal organization—it’s an incredibly meaningful charity that supports both animals and the people who love them. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication make an enormous difference in our community.
Thank you to everyone at the BC SPCA for everything you do.
