1905 W 1st Ave, VancouverI can’t recommend this place more!! We got a new puppy, Maltese (so very soft, fine hair) and we were so nervous about getting him groomed for the first time. We wanted it to be a positive experience for him and finding somewhere to trust with your fur baby is hard! I spoke to the owner and the phone who was so friendly, informative and reassuring.
Our puppy went in for his puppy intro groom and had lots of mats… they were so careful and were able to slowly get the mats out almost completely without shaving him! They were so attentive to make it a positive experience for him!! He didn’t even seem scared or nervous ??? THANK YOU woof! The owner is amazing, lovely to speak to and they even helped educate us on how to brush him to prevent more mats. We will be back! Highly recommend!! ?

Dr. Loic and the entire team were highly professional, decisive in diagnosis, and exceptionally patient with our cat. Their approach is both confident and compassionate, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.?
Post-op instructions and anesthesia explanations were clear and thorough. Yang Aiguo is recovering well, eating comfortably, and doing great.
A clinic that combines excellent clinical judgment with genuine patience for cats is rare. Truly grateful and highly recommended.

It’s always stressful when your little angel is sick, but I truly feel like the whole staff at this clinic care deeply about their recovery and making them as comfortable as possible. They took every effort to get us in as soon as possible and were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. From the front desk agent to the vet I really felt like our cat was in the best hands. Thank you for making a difficult experience manageable. 1316 W 4th Ave, VancouverMy partner and me have an almost 6 year old German Shepherd who just always seems to have allergies and he is constantly uncomfortable. He is quite often on some sort of pill to calm his itching. We decided to take him to this clinic last week. Worth absolutely every penny. Everyone who works there knows what they are doing and they work as a team. We got a VERY long time with the Dr.. He explained/taught us so much. All the tests were done right in front of us. there will be follow up visits, but in the meantime we went home with a strategy and a plan laid out for us, and we can already see marked improvement! Also worth noting - we had some questions after the first 4 days of the new diet, the team member I spoke to on the phone had all the time for me and she knew all the answers.

He will not let me near his nails but actually seems to love having them cared for at the vet. I do not know how they do it!! They are all cat whisperers. Unfortunately, my threesome all had very bad teeth. The dental care provided was exceptional. Most important to me, when my other two boys were ready to leave me, the care, kindness, concern, and empathy shown to me during that very difficult time was beyond expectations.

Baymax is extremely stubborn, reactive, the works, but Jen has not once given up on him and reminds us constantly not to as well. The care she puts towards Baymax is like no other. She tests him in levels I was afraid to and now we’ve seen so much improvement in him.

My two dogs, Thor and Stevie, went on walks with Olga, she took them to the dog park, and they always looked forward to seeing her. I received updates and photos after every walk and she was kind enough to feed them as well. My family and I only stayed for the summer - we’ll miss Olga and hope to visit and see her again soon!

Water glasses and wine glasses were topped up regularly, I was seem to be drinking a white wine and was offered a transition to a red to accompany my steak and everything was well timed. His service was excellent, a 5/5 without question. I wish I could remember the red that was served so that I could share, it was quite delicious-burrowing owl I believe!

Since it’s our first time, the server briefly went over the menu in quite a fast pace - we definitely feel the pressure to speed up the order and dinning experience. This is the least favourite part of the entire evening. Exceptional food - the beef tongue cold appetizer is delightfully pleasant and tasty. The premium sashimi platter is plentiful with various types of sashimi with decent thickness. Totally love it. The bluefin tuna hand roll is good. The beef tongue steak with teriyaki sauce is very juicy, soft, tender and melt in the mouth. We genuinely enjoy the food. Wish the service can be less rushed and it would be the perfect dining experience. Overall, highly recommend.

The pizza was delightful, we tried several pies. We also got the caesar salad, mac and cheese, PB dessert pie, and tiramisu cannoli. All of it was mouth wateringly good. None of our group is vegan but we all enjoyed our food from start to finish. The sourdough pizza crust is top notch and the vegan cheese, which is so hard to master, was delightfully light and flavorful unlike most vegan cheeses that are hard and tasteless. The music was great and the vibes were awesome. Great place, great food, would definitely eat it again.
