“Very helpful staff , i needed a piece for a shower kohler shower valve that is normally supplied by other brands and they let me have it to help out an older customer of mine that had a drip from the shower head and I was just doing them a favour and Universal also payed it forward, a great bunch of guys . Emco would have charged me $150. Just saying ?”

It had a five year warranty, so we brought it to the Metrotown Zwilling store, thinking they would send it in for repair and we would get back it in 4 - 6 weeks.The sales people at the Metrotown Zwilling store were very helpful and friendly. They tested our kettle on the spot and then sent us home with a brand new one. Over the years we've had warranty claims with other manufacturers and it was always quite a hassle. What a difference, we were really impressed!”
