“Shopping for couches today and we found one we liked at Sandy's. One of their newer sales reps named Matthew helped us and he was awesome to deal with. Super nice and low pressure, and left us alone to look around. We were able to purchase and pickup the couch the same day. The warehouse staff were equally nice and friendly. “Sometimes you just get a good vibe with certain individuals, and that was the case with Leroy, the salesperson we dealt with at MJM. We visited over eight other furniture stores before MJM where not only we found the sectional sofa-bed we were looking for but had the pleasure of dealing with a genuine sales person.Three days later, our Sofa-bed was delivered as promised, on schedule. The two gentlemen that delivered and installed the sectional for us, Pargat and Ranjan, were very professional and careful with our walls, doors...etc. They assembled the sectional and took all the cardboard and garbage with them. All in all a very pleasant experience.”

“I have had occasion to purchase several beds over the past few years. All purchased from the Coquitlam - Barnet Sleep Country. I have to say that I have been treated with the utmost respect and received the best customer service from all the sleep specialists at this store. Namely, Brock, Andres, and Angela. My first contact was with Brock, but the other two were just as pleasant to deal with.Due to circumstances out of our control, we had to delay delivery of our 1st order for over a year. They were all so understanding and never made it out to be a big issue. Since that time, we have bought a few more beds. Each and every time we have gone to the store or called, Brock, Andres & Angela all know me by name and are always able to accommodate my requests and sleep needs.If you are in need of a bed or a pillow, I highly recommend going to see the staff at this store for all your sleep needs. “I went to this store because its pretty close to my house but i must say i didn’t regret.I was looking for rocking recliner chair and Daljeet greeted me as soon as got in the store. He showed me whats available along with connecting all power recliners with electricity, i wanted to try. I finally chose a power leather fabric recliner and he made me a good deal for this.I am really impressed by Daljeet’s service. I am sure he will do good for himself and for store as well. I wish him good luck and recommend everyone to give Daljeet and this store a chance.”
“I’m impressed with their customer service. I bought a couch from them. Three months ago and upon delivery the legs were broken, and over three months later the couch became almost unusable. They sent somebody to my house within a week of me bringing it to their attention, and fixed the couch completely, I paid $1600 for a down filled sectional which I think was a good price”

“My review is in answer to an e-mail request for some feedback/opinion of "service provided" with a recent online order. The order ('Bio-Soy pillow'), was placed online, via the website of a local Branch of Sleep Country, on a Monday -- advised Tuesday, by 'Sleep Country Warehouse, Richmond, BC' (address above), that package had been delivered to FedEx, Richmond -- advised by FedEx that my parcel had been received, and would be delivered Wednesday -- received delivery of parcel early Wednesday afternoon. Parcel 'tracking' was provided by both of the companies involved, was appreciated, and worked well. I was happy, and impressed with the quality of service received from each of the companies involved with this purchase.”
“Walked in to buy a new mattress.After a quick chat with sales lady. She advised that my 9 year old Beautyrest was still under warranty. Gave me the phone number to customer service. I called them about the issue. They sent me an email and 3 days later customer service had a replacement (2022 model) on order for me. Store manager was also fantastic to deal with. This is now my 4th bed from them.Delivery was done Today.Professional and quick.Thanks for such a good experience.”

“Edit: no noises after the first night, and the topper is better now._I got my Soho frame yesterday, and it seems fine + sturdy (though I heard it make a weird sound ) - the delivery men were nice, BUT, they were way too rushed (I was worried it was not done properly - the set up) + the Bloom Topper I got doesn't feel as good of a quality and softness to the two I bought in 2021. Hoping is softens up...”
