“So this is a good place to purchase Asian food items. I had a lot of trouble finding bamboo shoots in a can. I also couldn't find mushroom stock or beef pho stock.. However, I loved the asian veggie section, the frozen dumpling session was fine, and the hot pot stocks were fine. I was able to get fresh noodles, diced fish to make fresh fish balls. I wish they had unsweetened soy milk. This is an ok place, but sometimes, I still had to go to Osaka and T + T to get everything I want.”

“This store and market is a hidden gem! I have been a customer for well over 30 years and I can honestly say I have never had anything but a great experience. Today was no exception as I called at approximately 9 AM to have flowers delivered for my sisters birthday and by 11 AM I had received confirmation in writing that the flowers were delivered successfully. If you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal or snack, I highly recommend you get some rolls made by JJ! The California roll is tasty and is hard to believe it’s from a grocery store!! “I’ve been shopping at the North Van Choices since it opened. The customer service here is the most exceptional of store bar none. I’ve discovered so many great new Canadian products thanks to staff suggestions and when I had a toddler in tow they’d always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. “This is a great store that is community oriented and supportive. They donated the ice cream cups for the Seniors' Week celebrations at the Parkgate community. It was quick and easy to work with them. The store has many items that are useful for big events, such as individual creamers, ice cream cups and baked goods. “Quite a nice selection and some good sale prices. Regular prices are a reaonable. Staff are helpful. The produce department fresh and well maintained. In store bakery delicious and deli has selection. Seafood has very limited choices and could do with a little more attention in comparison to other locations. They stock some unique things, like European candy and grocery items. Ample parking and has employees who can assist with large items to vehicle.”

“Have been several times to shop here. My late husband was Mexican so we cook Mexican food alot. We buy salsas, chilies, tortillas, tostadas, chorizo, cheeses etc here. Since they supply the other Latino stores it is cheaper to buy here from their retail front. My friend loves the variety of Mexican candies that remind her of childhood. Highly recommend this place.”
