“A worker was kind to come up to us and offer to help, he was really efficient.When we were like, it was nice of a different worker to tell us the line is taking long since one of the computers are down.The lady worker at the cashier seemed uninterested in helping us and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.”
“A couple of weeks ago, I happened to be in the area and I walked into this champs store looking for a gift for a friend . The service I had, by the assistant manager named eriana, was truly exceptional!! She really took the time to get to know me and the friend I was shopping for. She quickly gave me many suggestions and truly seemed excited to show me all the shoe options she thought my friend would love. On top of it all after I decided what shoes I was going with (air force 1s with the Nike charms). We continued to chat and I had mentioned my small business, she was very sweet and asked if she could see my website and that she would love to support it. She was very genuine and I hope she and the manager see's this comment, I will definitely be shopping here again and asking for her.”

“It was my first time visiting the store and I can’t be happier!I was greeted warmly by the employee at the front who helped set up my account. He explained how the store worked in detail (what creating an account means, how I will be helped in the back etc) which was very helpful as a first time visitor.I was then greeted warmly by another employee in the back who was very friendly and efficient. I was given ample time to try on the slippers.Lastly the purchase process was quick and again helped by another friendly employee. I would definitely come here again.”
“The sales associate who was helping me was very kind and patient and new. The woman at the desk spoke sharply to the new sales associate helping me and she also spoke to me in the same way. She was explaining the same thing over and over and was escalating in her impatience. We needed a simple answer and she didn’t provide it. I found her hostile when i asked her let me paraphrase what i understood her to say. She was hostile to a customer and was demeaning to staff.”
