“I’ve been on the hunt for a solid pair of jeans to fit my figure, and I came to plenty and one of the sales associates Wilma helped me pick out the Taylor made jeans which fit like a glove. 10/10 for quality and 10/10 for service. Will definitely be visiting again.”

“I don't normally post any reviews, but exceptional customer service deserves recognition.We were greeted by a warm and inviting Uncle & Aunty, with no sales pressure.I was looking for 2 suites (a Kurta Pyjama and a Sherwani suite) in specific colors and designs to match my wife's outfits.Uncle took his time to listen to our preferences, provided valuable insights, and ensured that every detail of my request was understood.He sourced several sample fabrics for me to choose from, had them custom dyed to our color choices, and tailored to my styles and fit.All of this was done within a two week deadline that we had.Despite our desperate situation, Uncle's pricing was honest with no surprises or hidden fees. His pricing was still the best (i.e. almost half the price of any other store quotations which could only deliver in 6-8 weeks).Jerry's Fashion has earned my trust and admiration. Good old fashion customer service, honest pricing, top-notch craftsmanship, and lightning-fast service sets them apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Jerry's Fashion. “This independent boutique is a true New West gem and the best place in town to get women's clothing - classic, on-trend, accessories, they have it all and their stock is incredibly well curated. I love, love, love this store, so many of my wardrobe staples and fun outfits come from here and I hope it sticks around for a long time! “This is a nice store. Some new options for kids clothing. Almost always there is one or other sale / discount on going. Not much options for fancy dress.Store is hard to find using google maps. Location is wrong. This is located on second level next to Walmart. Very next to lotto. Look at the video to understand the location of this store.”

“I went in to buy 2 hoodie and a sweater which I was helped by Alejandro at the register. He was bright and happy and such a wonderful worker. He helped me with 3 separate transactions and helped me set up a membership account. He was very nice and helped me through the process with a bright smile. Good work keep it up Alejandro. “A favorite place to visit but definitely not the best location selection wise. A bit cramped but part of the charm. Metrotown has the best selection so far. Wish Canada had a warehouse so it's not so limited in selection since some items can't ship from the US. Love the printed t-shirts and the staff are always awesome. Visit almost every time I'm in the area unless I can't let myself buy anything ?”
“I am so thrilled to be able to write this review about the store Manager in BC at Mr. Big & Tall Menswear, 2929 Barnet Hwy #1054, Coquitlam, BC V3B 5R5, this professional and highly valuable Manager name is Robert Reed. I am so impressed by Robert's Customer skills, he knows his place, I had to exchange some items what my Sister had purchased for me in Mr. Big & Tall in Calgary 10208 Macleod Trail (I wrote a review about that store) and I explained what I use looking to do, Robert listened, did not interrupt. When I was finished with what I had to say, I ask Robert what he thought and he immediately started to explain what he would be able to help, WOW! what a difference. Yes, this review is about Robert, and I was so impressed with his conduct, manner, and professionalism that I have to write this review, for Robert, who has wonderfully earned it!It was a joy to watch and be a part of a mature professional employee who loved his job and truly cared about me, a Customer. Robert was simply amazing, I would look at ties which I purchased 3 beautiful ties, I asked Robert about the ties I was looking at and I ask him for his view, he was gracious and thoughtful in his reply, and it made me see that he was correct and I bought based on his wonderful answer.My Wife mentioned a shirt that she thought would be a nice colour, Robert stopped what he was doing and when to a part of the store where there was a display of shirts, which I had already looked, Robert, knowing his store and stock in seconds showed me the shirt (dress) that my Wife had mentioned, and I had already stated what size I was looking for. In Robert's hands was the dress shirt in the right colour, the right size, amazing salesmanship, truly world class!I told Robert that I had already looked for the dress shirt there but I could not find my size, Robert was very calm and reassuring that he knew all the stock and when my Wife mentioned the Dress shirt, he, in his mind, knew that he had that shirt, in that size, who cannot be impressed with a professional Store Manager who knows his store this well, very, very impressive Robert, very impressive indeed!!When we finished our shopping, which included buying a suit, which Robert measured me for and he was very skilled and extremely pleasant to speak with. Robert is a delight man and a treasure that the Management of Mr. Big & Tall must look after and keep. Robert, I trust this review will be shown to you along with the upper Management acknowledgement of your world class professionalism and Customer relations skill and I trust they will handsomely reward you Robert for the absolute best store experience I have ever had!I look forward to my next trip to Robert's store that he manages for Mr. Big & Tall.
