“Had to make a deposit and my regular branch was closed already so I went to Richmond branch. I walked right in after 5pm and the teller was available immediately and he was very efficient. I am impressed with the service I received. Not sure what everyone else is complaining about in previous reviews. Maybe a visit to another location is needed for perspective. Or maybe I caught them on a slow day. Thanks”
“Everyone at this branch is a rock star! Always great service with a smile, but if you are lucky enough to be attended by Tonee (hope that is tge right spelling), you are set for the best customer service in British Columbia. That is my opinion after 34 years of banking experience and having dealt with more than 40 branches from HSBC, RBC, TD, BMO, Scotiabank, and more than 15 different CoastCapital branches.
