Probably her manager knows, but for me she is the most humble, kindest and pure hearted person I ever met in retail. She helped my daughter to get the shoes that she really liked and showed me how i can redeem my points.
It is so sad to see some people are complaining about her. Don't ruin someone's name just because your ego got hurt. If you are putting a review, then mention the full truth. I am pretty sure these kind of customers are people who yell at them and they want to run the world as they want. Alteast don't lie.

Hoka is a shoe brand that is known for comfort. The M Clifton 10 1162030/OLTM was the one we settled on, beige color. If you want waterproof, the black one offers Goretex. But during the summer, white or off white is better to deflect heat, black would absorb heat, making your feet hotter in the summer months.
The sales person was very pleasant, patient, helping us try out different colors. Hoka is a US product, and if comfort is what you need in a shoe, Hoka will fill that need. Foot Locker has always been a good shopping experience. Register as a customer for a slight future discount on a future pair of shoes.”
