If you're looking for authentic Greek products and aome Italian products, too (like pasta, pasta sauces and treats), in particular, it's worth the drive. And the aervice is wonderful. Great owners and lovely staff. As well, their prices are very reasonable. Trust me. Two thumbs way up!”

“I like this location better than the one at Kitsilano. It’s bigger and easier to navigate. Wider aisles. More selection. And clearer pricing. The pricing at kits frozen is confusing.
The meat is very fresh and good quality at market crossing location. And I love the deals. I can get away with $60 for two reusable tote bags worth of food. Good selection of drinks and snacks. I do wish the fruit selection was bigger you can easily not find half your shopping list of fruits unless you ask or wander in circles a few times.”

“A small store that carries a wide selection of Japanese foods, from rice and curry mix to chocolates and chips. They also have some frozen foods, like gyoza, tonkatsu and natto, and a small selection of skincare. My favorite part is stopping by on the way to Japanese conversation class to pick up a cold Japanese iced tea and an onigiri or anpan (red bean bun).”

“I've gone to many Indian grocery stores and just discovered this one. This is the best one in the area if you want the option of Indian as well as African foods. Tons of frozen or dry Indian snacks, as well as fresh home-made snacks and foods that are available on Saturdays only. You can find authentic East African ingredients like 'ugali', 'mogo' etc. There are also non-food goods like shawls, incense and a good selection of Ayurvedic potions. It's owned by a lovely man, Amin, who's helpful, honest and offers excellent value. Get thee here!”
