“I went to !ndigo at Grandview Corners today in search of a book in the self help section. While looking for the book there was an employee standing by a ladder. As I approached her area she greeted me with smile. Her name was Emma. We started chatting. The book I was searching for was right there and as I grabbed it Emma started talking about a book she had read of the same issue. We chatted for 10 minutes or so. It was a great experience. I enjoyed the chat and hope to run into Emma again on my next visit.
