“Shout out to Krizia for her help in finding the right size and assisting with pricing. I find the pricing strategy to be quite confusing. One can never be sure which part of a table is 30% off and which part is regular price. Such pricing should be illegal. Consumers deserve honest pricing. If it wasn't for Krizia, we would have walked out. If Old Navy insists on such pricing tricks, at the very least they should have a self check price machine around the store. All in all, 5 stars for Krizia, 1 star for Old Navy.”

“I wanted to take the time to write a heartfelt review for Natalie and acknowledge the incredible experience she provided during my recent visit to Marks.
To be completely honest, I am usually very hesitant about shopping in-store. With how busy life gets, 95% of my shopping is done online. Walking into stores can sometimes feel overwhelming for me, especially as someone with a vision impairment who relies on medical glasses and a reading app to help see smaller print.
During my visit, the store had some foot traffic, and I was genuinely walking around in circles feeling completely lost. Natalie noticed this right away and kindly approached me to offer assistance. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
There was a BOGO promotion happening, and Natalie’s approach to suggestive selling was incredibly natural and thoughtful , never forced or pressured. She truly focused on helping me find what I needed rather than simply making a sale.
What stood out most was her dedication and care. I was looking for a pair of dark denim Levi’s in size 38/34. After scanning the item on her handheld device, it showed that the size existed in inventory, but it was not on the shelf or located in the back. Most people may have stopped there, but Natalie went above and beyond. She personally searched through multiple adjacent stacks determined to help me, and amazingly, she found them.
That level of effort, kindness, and genuine customer care is rare today.
Natalie was truly the shining star of Marks, and she made my shopping experience memorable in the best possible way. She is absolutely divine, and I wanted to celebrate the kindness and professionalism she showed me.
Please acknowledge Natalie during your next pre-shift meeting. Team members like her are what create loyal customers and unforgettable experiences.

I ended up buying a few items, and the brown lady who works there was such a big help. She really knows her stuff, and she picked out some perfect outfits for my daughter. My daughter absolutely loved them!To be honest, I used to be a loyal customer of Bluenotes for years, but I stopped going because of some really rude cashiers, especially this one Filipino lady. She had zero manners and was just plain rude. But you know what, I can't let that overshadow the fantastic service I got from the Manager. I talked to her about the cashier's behavior, and she was genuinely apologetic on their behalf. Anyway, despite the ups and downs, Bluenotes has always been my go-to store for the best deals.
