Great workmanship, great price, great recommendations, and excellent service. On her advice, we added foam to our original RV cushions for a fair price. It made a huge difference! “Excellent warranty! We have 2 of their Ironman model mattresses. Queen has been awesome, but the king size started to be lumpy after 6 years. I contacted the shop we bought it from and they started the warranty process for us. These were pandemic days, so we shared photos and email to explain our issue. The Restwell warranty staff were fantastic. They helped me find a way to get our mattress back to them in Vancouver and made a repair to smooth the lumps.
What I learned is that a king size needs way more support than a queen. The thin curved wood strip supports that are standard with platform beds just aren't enough to handle a big mattress like this. A 2 hour DIY fix to the platform has made a big difference.”
