“I just had the best customer service with this company. Highly recommend them. We got my mother’s older Novo tech bed system, which she needs when she stays with us. The remote stopped working unfortunately but it is over 10 years old. We reached out to the company to see if there was anything we could do to get it up and working again. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Everyone we dealt with including the Assistant manager who we originally talked to. Dana who helped coordinate everything and made sure the problem was dealt with. They sent Steve, a representative out to our house free of charge to help figure out the problem. The remote ended up needing to be replaced and one of the wires re-routed. Steve replaced the remote and fixed everything no charge for us. Thank you all so much again for your help. For the wonderful service we received alone, I would highly recommend this business.”

My daughter & I visited the store June 19/25.
We were graciously greeted by Rocky.
I was looking for 2 twin beds, not sure what I really wanted. Rocky asked me a few questions to give him an idea of how I slept, firmness of a mattress etc.
He was able to show me several different options, with absolutely no pressure in making a rushed decision. Rocky is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, and added some extra pointers, which helped narrow the decision down.
My daughter had been putting off purchasing a new mattress for herself, and Rocky was able to show her mattresses in her budget as well.
He was so patience & kind Rocky made our shopping experience, relaxed and easy to make a decision.
