Public storage staff on Scottroad Lucas and Niya (I don't know if I am getting names right sorry) were very accommodating and helpful as we needed to postpone our reservation by a day and changed the size of storage space needed. They also were very informative and made sure we knew pricing so that we could make the best decision for ourselves when it came to price and knowing all that was expected of us when renting the space. They were both kind and helped us.”

“I would like to comment on my experience using Pods for the first time during my home total renovation. The unit was dropped off and leveled in my driveway right on the scheduled time period. Customer service was polite and helpful and covered off any issues I had. I had the Pod for 2 months and it was great as it did not leak any water and was totally secure. I arranged my pick up date and the truck showed up right on time and the young driver Jeffrey easily picked up the Pod and was on his way in no time at all. “Asza and Jas helped us acquire an appropriate unit for our needs and helped us understand the promotions attached to various units. They walked us through the process and patiently guided us through the app use (which had caused me hesitation when I first read about this storage site, but it was easy, as promised.) The promotional deals and the prices were very good. Asza gave us a comprehensive walk-through and clearly relayed salient info and happily answered our questions. Everything was clean and efficient and had a good feel to it. The access hours are great EVERY day, including holiday days which is when access is often needed. The “move-in” went smoothly. We’ve only had our unit for two days, but so far we are very happy with things!”
