Waiting area for appointments if you need to sit down. Lots of parking on street and in two smaller lots adjacent to building. Two automated teller machines. Usually not a long wait for a teller if you want that personal touch. Located at Kingsway and Knight in Vancouver British Columbia.”

“I’ve been with BMO since 2014, but I haven't actually lived in Canada since 2019. I recently needed to close my account from abroad, which was a huge challenge because my debit card had expired in 2025. I was worried about how to even access my money, let alone close the account.
Linkin was absolutely incredible. She managed to help me restore my account, claim my funds, and finalize the closing process—all within a month and without me ever having to step foot in the branch! To all the international students at UBC: I highly recommend this branch. The BMO UBC team really understands the administrative hurdles students face and they make the process of opening or closing accounts so much easier. Linkin is a total pro and the whole team is doing a fantastic job. 5 stars isn't enough!”

“I had a very positive experience working with Fang Yang at the BMO branch on Granville.
After receiving an email about being eligible for a line of credit at a competitive rate, I booked an appointment online and was assigned to Fang.
When I arrived on time, I was pleasantly surprised that he came out of his office to greet me personally and confirmed my name instead of just waiting inside. That made a great first impression.
Fang was polite, friendly, and took the time to understand my needs before jumping into products. He asked about my situation, listened carefully, and then suggested options that might fit me, including chequing, savings, and investment products. He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable about BMO’s offerings.
I had several questions about terms, conditions, and promotional details, and Fang answered them thoroughly and transparently. I really appreciate advisors who know their products well and can explain things upfront.
In the end, I opened the line of credit and also registered a chequing account—even though that wasn’t my original plan—because his explanations made sense. The entire process was efficient and finished within about 40 minutes.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience. Fang Yang is definitely a valuable asset to BMO. I look forward to building my banking relationship here.”
