“I am an old man. I bought 10 bags of Turf Builder today at The Home Depot. Each bag is 42.5L. So it was too heavy for me to handle .An employee name Eagle told me that he would call someone to help load those Turf Builder into my car for me. But after waiting for a few minutes no one came. So he told me to wait at my car, and he pushed two shopping carts and loaded the Turf Builder into the carts and into my car. I really appreciate the way he treated his customer without letting me wait too long. Henry Ly. ( From Vancouver, BC.)”

Sascha Duchodolski and Jeff Dos Santos are amazing. Both are caring caring and truly committed to find solutions to any problem. Examples of this include: looking into archives to find replacement parts for plumbing fixtures bought 12 years ago, calling suppliers to determine if items can be warrantied, looking to find plumbing solutions while working with architectural constraints.
Time and time again - the dedication and service has been 10/10.

“Absolutely awesome experience at Capilano glass they replaced the lantern glass on three of my outdoor lanterns. Everything was perfect. They are so easy to deal with and stand by their work. I would highly recommend getting glass cut by them so happy to have my lanterns back and looking the way they were meant to.”

Instead of simply processing a return, Kelly patiently took the time to troubleshoot the sprayer with me, explained how it worked, and even helped me refill the tank with water to test it.

“Decent collection of tools and material, most things are sold in bulk however they do sell some stuff by weight like drywall screws and nails. Lumber quality is not the best lots of knots and pieces with bad edges. Staff are friendly and helpful.”
“I had the pleasure of having Arlene from customer service assist me with a purchase. I found at item that was not available in-store, but was available online. I wanted to avoid delivery that only brought the item to the front door and wanted in-unit delivery. Arlene was very patient and explained everything to me in helpful detail. She was able to provide me with the service I was hoping for that online did not offer. She was even kind enough to contact me when the item arrived to coordinate the in-unit delivery. Should I require any bigger purchases in the future, I will definitely seek out Arlene. Very exceptional customer service :)”
