One of the financial advisor suggested me to open a TFSA and since I had no idea what it is, she explained in detail why I should get it and compare it to an RRSP. She seemed to genuinely wanted to help me and I really appreciated that.
I also needed to get a letter for immigration purposes, and the lady at the desk immediately knew what I was referring to and worked on it right away. It only took her 10 minutes to finish the letter.”
