“Mohammad was wonderful. Very competent, friendly and fixed the issue. The scheduling and customer support are AWFUL. Can't get a live person on the phone. Endless Texts & Email reminders. Tech can not schedule service appointments. Took over a month to schedule an appointment with a refrig that was out of commission. Will never use Sears Appliance Repair again.”
“Zeller’s Ace Hardware Store in Downtown Napa is always helpful. They have been around for over 60 years. Parking is easy on the street or in their private lot. The guys inside are always helpful. Key cutting is available, acrylic sheet cutting, paint color matching, propane refill or exchange, and more.
On this visit, I walked in and was greeted by Roy who lead me directly to what I needed in plumbing. We enjoyed a nice conversation and it was lovely to be helped by someone personable. See ya again soon!”
“Whether its for your profession or just as a hobby working on cars Harbor Freight has you covered. Most all their products come with a lifetime warranty and are priced for the everyday mechanic! I purchased a U.S. General 42in top box to go with my bottom roll away from them as well. Not realizing it weighed 300lbs. Say no more, quality built and built to withstand a lifetime! My go to for all mechanics tools. Check em out!”
“Smaller store with excellent staff! I went in looking for something specific and the staff were quickly able to identify that they didn't have any of that product, but still workshopped ways to help and came to a solution. They didn't have to take the time to do that, and I'll certainly be back for my other hardware needs. Lord knows I'll have some having just bought a house.”

I called today to see if they stole carried them, which apparently do not, but they were so kind as to look up my purchase date is they’re still under warranty and offered to have me bring it in so they can quickly check it out and it’s something easy to fix. This is the type of shop that deserves our support so they can stay in business against online retailers.”
“Great service, similar to service you'll get from your grandma on your birthday. So, I had to pick up lumber after yard closed and Adriana had my materials moved in the store and even waited for me to arrive at 5pm on the dot. On a different occasion the manager was kind enough to exchange a piece of lumber for me. Great vibe from all the ladies at the front desk, lumber yard dudes are cool too. Great local business.. oh can't forget about Julio, he will get you the best deals. Forget home depot.”
“Chris was awesome to work with from the first phone call. I called ahead for deck board pricing and they were already about 10% cheaper than the big box stores (an extremely pleasant surprise)!
When my dad and I came in, Chris really took the time to understand our project and walked us through better options. He helped us avoid a product that would’ve needed a ton of upkeep and steered us toward something that’ll last way longer with less maintenance.

I usually come to get martar clay last time I was here it was $12 it is now $20 I hadn't realized it had been that long !!! prices are crazy everywhere though I guess...except for our wage... anyway they good people here and the guy that loads up is pretty fast and on it having your material loaded and ready to go.”

The only thing I don't like is the self check out.
Fact is it takes longer to check ourselves out and there's still a employee who helps and watches over everyone, when the employee could have taken care of everyone much faster as a cashier. I also believe that at some point these businesses who are doing self checkout are going to find more of a loss than the usuals and a waste and loss installing and paying for all the self checkout machines. I guess we'll see.”
