Access is easy and there is a parking structure towards the back for additional parking. The parking lot is well-maintained and proudly displays American flags encircling the roundabout.”

I gave them my story and information and they went above and beyond to one hundred percent rectify the situation and restore my faith not only in them, but also a bit in the world. Their manager Jonathan was respectful and understanding. He looked at the situation as a learning opportunity and there were truly nothing but good feelings throughout the process. And just to be clear regarding my original post, at no time did I ever receive anything but genuinely friendly service. It was just the process that failed us all and hopefully this experience will teach us all something we can take forward. “I bank with Chase and they have one of the best customer service both here and with the phone. As soon as I lost my card, I called them up because it didn't let me in the app and they have 24/7 service, and treated me with loyalty and cancelled the card quickly and when I came in to get some money without my card, this bank knew what to do. “Wow - I am shocked at reading all these previous negative reviews on this Anaheim branch of Bank of the West. Naira and all the bank processors have always been so friendly and helpful towards me - especially Naira ! I have banked at this branch for a long time & I have to say I have never seen Naira nor any of the bank tellers rude to any of the patrons. I have had a couple of issues with my atm debit bank card and they fix these issues with no problems or attitudes. I love this branch of Bank of the West !”

“Want to start off by saying I absolutely love SchoolsFirst being a teacher they are so amazing and have the best rates for everything. They always have the biggest smile on their faces and they are so helpful. I recently was just there getting my cards replaced and unfortunately the card maker wasn't working and I had to head back to work. The branch manager, Matt Smith was so nice. He dropped off my card so I can use them at my work. I appreciate him for going above and beyond to make sure I had way I needed. I really appreciate that so much and he even gave me a complementary gift card to Starbucks. Thank you guys for being so helpful for being so nice and for being an amazing bank!”
“This is the best Chase Bank office around. The staff at the Festival Center are very professional & very helpful. The gold standard in banking. Vincent is the best Bank Manager I’ve ever known. Megan is always very helpful. So is Alexis & Sebastian. Edwin is very helpful and so is Jude. I drive 25 miles now just to see the associates at this office. I’ve been frustrated with Chase Bank a few times recently. But the Festival Center office has turned it around in a good way. Thank you to everyone at the Chase Festival office for making my banking experience a pleasant one. You guys at the Festival office set the bar.”

“When I'm in Anaheim I love coming to this location! Cute black and white short awnings throughout all the businesses and restaurants within the plaza. The inside of this Comerica -It's kinda a cool unique set up. It's not a regular divided up teller counter. The center counter is where you have your banking transactions. Its a center counter and in a half moon. It's sorta weird at first but you get used to it after a few times. All the staff simultaneously greets every customer that comes in. All the tellers that have helped me have been friendly and courteous. Thanks Comerica Anaheim Infield thanks for making me feel at home- your my bank away from my home bank!
