I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for my senior lab. My neighbor recommended Dr. T at Aptos Creekside because she specializes in older pets. I was excited to hear she was taking new patients and we got our appointment in less than a week! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable and a good listener. She answered all my questions and gave some good practical advice. Im excited to have a local vet who will help me give the best care to my old guy!

Natasha is wonderful with our two dogs. We've been using her for over a year now. She's dependable, responsible, and playful. Our dogs LOVE her!She takes them to the beach for long walks, and throws the ball for our one dog that fetches. She's also a joy to deal with. She's friendly and extremely upbeat and positive. I feel that whenever I have to leave town, I'm confident that our dogs are in good hands.

Good gawd the scream here was absolutely amazing. Why in da hell would you entertain somewhere else? All the ice cream was, well, creamy. The flavors were fantastic.(5 different selections) The portions were HUGE! They were super large portions for an average price you get from a chain. Old school select a numbered ticket and wait for your turn. It was about a 5 minute wait. (When we arrived, there were 10 people in front of us.) All the kids behind the counter were great. There are also pre-packed pints to go. I'm only here for 2 more days but clearly I will have to fit this in again.

Soul Salad

Very very tasty salads made with very fresh ingredients, topped with excellent dressing. The portions are very generous. Great value.

My favorite is Delaveaga ( I sometimes add avocado or roasted beets ) and my husband’s favorite is Russian.

We take our salads to go since sitting is very limited. I wish they’ll open another location with a quiet patio sitting.

Highly recommend.

GO HERE! I saw this gem of a shop on the way to visiting my uncle. The next day I decided to stop in for lunch, had the veggie humus sandwich loaded in on sourdough. It has beachside bodega vibes with art covering the walls. There are books and loads of information on local going ons. And also local artists and artisans work on display for purchase. I love a small business that supports their local artist! It will feel like a perfect day at the beach with Sade as your soundtrack! Relax much! Go here, you will!

Really good coffee but really expensive. Charge you $0.50 to make your latte iced and a ham and cheese croissant is $7.50. Iced vanilla latte and a croissant was $15.75 and then they ask for tip. Good but definitely Aptos prices.

Amazing BBQ, absolutely classic Aptos spot. There's no better place in the Santa Cruz area for some high quality smoked meats. The burnt ends are typically my favorite here, but you can't go wrong no matter what.
