They are wonderful, so friendly, it means so much. Recently with a sudden behavior change for my dog, they got her in quickly with everyone being helpful and showing such kindness. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

23291 Summit Rd, Los GatosSo far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.
The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.
The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.
That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.

I am so grateful they offer me a senior discount as my lab Avery was diagnosed with Cushings disease and it’s a very expensive disease with the medicine and constant blood tests to make sure cortisol levels don’t go to high or low. Dr Bibb and Katherine are great. The ladies at the desk Alma and Eileen are also very helpful, I would highly recommend

They jumped in immediately to help me secure two international health certificates after another vet refused to sign at the eleventh hour wi the out paying an exorbitant fee . The team was thorough, transparent with pricing, and incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation.
Huge shoutout to Ashley at the front desk for her kindness, staying after hours to get me scheduled, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Truly exceptional care and service, I can’t recommend them enough. They turned a near-disaster into a smooth handled experience, and I’m incredibly grateful.

Chelsea is an amazing trainer. She loves what she does and is a natural with dogs of all breeds. Chelsea has a calm demeanor that seems to connect to dogs in a one on one training session as well as a class environment. She is calm, patient yet firm in her training regiment. I know she loves what she is doing and that truly makes all the difference. Chelsea is gifted and is able to connect with all dogs. I am 100% satisfied with Chelsea’s training. Chelsea is the best!
I would recommend Lori Hamilton’s Dog Training for any dog. The staff is truly the best and the facility is perfect.

I was with a party of approximately 8 people. I was pulling up the rear went the hostess stop me to enforce the age requirement of 21 or older. Of course my son was not 21 but I’m definitely of age. So, my family and I were denied service because of my infant son. The host assumed I was alone and not with the large group. The other thing that struck was I’m brown complexion (African American) and my family is white. This hostess was apparently is not invested in the success of this business. We would have been paying patrons and usually tip generous.

1466 Pollard Rd, Los GatosProbably one of the best sandwich places in the area for the money and probably my new go-to sandwich place. The prices is lower than most of the other chain places around.
The only option for bread is sourdough and the available toppings are limited which may be a turnoff for some. However the price, quality of ingredients, clean seating area and service more than make up for it.
I ordered the Italian with spicy mustard. Good taste and blend of flavors without anything over powering. I love the sandwich assembly line setup they have, food gets made quickly.
