23291 Summit Rd, Los GatosSo far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.
The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.
The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.
That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.

I am so grateful they offer me a senior discount as my lab Avery was diagnosed with Cushings disease and it’s a very expensive disease with the medicine and constant blood tests to make sure cortisol levels don’t go to high or low. Dr Bibb and Katherine are great. The ladies at the desk Alma and Eileen are also very helpful, I would highly recommend

The team was thorough, transparent with pricing, and incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation.
Huge shoutout to Ashley at the front desk for her kindness, staying after hours to get me scheduled, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Truly exceptional care and service, I can’t recommend them enough. They turned a near-disaster into a smooth handled experience, and I’m incredibly grateful.

I actually tried switching to a vet closer to home to make things more convenient, but I ended up coming back to her — the difference in care was too noticeable to ignore. She's incredibly compassionate, always makes time to answer every question I have, and consistently responds to my emails, which made a huge difference when managing my cat's ongoing health issues. She never once made me feel judged, and she's never pushed unnecessary tests or treatments just to run up the bill — she genuinely cares about what's best for your pet and your wallet. I trust her completely and can't recommend her highly enough.

14910 Los Gatos Blvd, Los GatosAfter trying different trainers and training methods for our 5 year old Doxie. We reached out to Lori as almost a last resort since nothing seemed to work. We did the board and train and they helped him find his confidence he had lost after being attacked by a bigger dog. His anxiety had always improved. He can still be stubborn at times but that’s more the breed than anything. Overall we are happy with the results we have seen since bringing him back home. We would highly recommend Lori to anyone struggling with their pup. She can help!

We recently celebrated our son’s birthday and as usual everything from the smoked cocktails, appetizers, main course, to desserts was just wonderful. But the cherry on top was our wait staff. Guisippa was a delight to all of us.
