“So happy with my recent purchase of a BMW 535i from Limited Motors Auto Group. I had explored their website and inventory online before going in and knew exactly which car I wanted. When I arrived the day of purchase I found Lupe Valdovinos standing right beside my future BMW. Wow! was that a sign for me! I confirmed Lupe did in fact work there and let him know I had explored online and was very interested in purchasing that particular vehicle. Without any hesitation, Lupe ran over to the office to grab the keys.. Lupe unlocked the car and let me explore it before he initiated a test drive.. Lupe was the opposite of a “pushy” car salesman: he wasn’t intimidating, and he never tried shifting my interest over to another vehicle on their lot though they have a great variety to choose from. Lupe promised me I would drive off in my desired BMW and he sure lived up to his word! Lupe and the other salespeople at Limited Motors Auto Group made every step of the way smooth. That being said, they did all of the negotiating with the banks for me and got me the best deal available.. No disrespect intended, but I had gone to Safe 1 Credit Union earlier in the day and I was not offered the best deal with so many conditions! You would think banking there and receiving multiple income via direct deposit would suffice.. Limited Motors Auto Group helped me in the insurance department as well and connected me with the best insurance companies offering the best rates! They sure looked out for me and my best interests.. They treated me like family in all aspects. Lupe explained everything to me in great detail before having me sign any paper. I drove off 100% happy. After all that, what more can you ask for? I wasn’t referred to Limited Motors Auto Group, but I will be referring/sending people over! Limited Motors Auto Group is one of Bakersfield’s many hidden gems more people need to know about! “I visited this service center three weeks ago for a coolant change. Initially, everything seemed fine until a leak developed last week. Despite living in Delano, which is a bit of a drive, the responsiveness of the shop was commendable. They promptly dispatched a technician to inspect the issue. The technician quickly identified and acknowledged the mistake made during the initial service. The following day, they efficiently repaired my 2017 Ford Fusion and even generously topped off my gas tank. A week has passed since the repair, and my car is performing better than ever. I definitely plan on returning to this shop for future services. See below from the initial leak to smoothly commuting to work, school, and back home.”
