Took my hot water pw trailor in and basically handed them a mess. i had someone work on it b4 them and he screwed up all the wiring and a few parts were installed wrong. Dropped it off at Williams and they had it completely rewired replaced a few small parts that were giving me issues and had it all performing better than it ever has. Use the computer to show me what the color would look like on my house, and it looks just like the computer image! “I haven't been here in quite some time, but I have to say I am now a big fan of Floyd's and I will shop here first before going to a big box store. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. As I asked I was guided to the part of the store I needed. There was friendly helpful staff everywhere. I never had to hunt for help like in a big box store where you are lucky if you can find anyone to help. I needed a couple of things and found everything I needed quickly thanks to staff. One of the things I needed was re-screening for a window. They had a number of options At very reasonable prices. The work was well done and with very little wait time. The store is clean, organized and well lit. Plenty of Knowledgeable polite staff everywhere. They offer all kinds of hardware, plumbing & building supplies. They have a large clothing department. There are work boots and clothing. Then for those who like a western flair to their clothing they have men's, women's & children's hats, boots and clothing. Plenty of seasonal clothing as well. Checking out the front desk staff were fun, friendly & efficient. But something that really caught my interest was the old fashioned popcorn maker up front. I had been smelling popcorn as I shopped and thought I was making it up in my head, Ha! Well low and behold they sell it freshly made at checkout. Needless to say I bought some. It was yummy! It brought back nostalgic memories from my childhood when things like this little touch were common. My experience shopping at Floyd's was great. I highly recommend this business! So let's support this fine local company.”

“Trustworthy feed store! I highly recommend getting your new furry love here, Andrea genuinely cares for her animals and is always available in a time of need. She's also very knowledgeable. We had found my daughter's second duck and first pet from Bugni feed from the beginning she was very caring and helpful. Unfortunately our little guy Harley had an emergence and she helped us care for my daughter's duck who was attacked and lost a leg. We called around many places and the 24 hour pet emergency room did not offer services for ducks but would only euthanize. But I called Andrea and right away she said bring it over and let me take a look she offered and helped us give Harley antibiotics, electrolytes she genuinely loves and cares for her animals, we are blessed the Lord led us to her.”
