“My husband and I went into the Rosedale's Lowe's today to buy a hedge trimmer. Matthew A. was the associate in the lawn equipment department that helped us.
My husband and I were impressed with Matthew's professionalism and knowledge of products across all brands. It was clear that this young man had completed ample research to be able to answer all of my husband's technical questions accurately. We praised him on his knowledge. Matthew's humbleness in how good he was at his job was refreshing. He explained many reasons as to why he was so serious about learning Lowe's product lines, however, we were most impressed with the fact that he said he wanted to do right for the Lowe's customer.
We had additional wonderful service when purchasing the EGO hedge trimmer Mathew helped us select with sales associate Espy. She was very helpful in explaining the options available to us regarding our purchase during the sales process. She has helped us check out many times before, and each time she is gracious and generous with her time leaving us to leave feeling valued as long time Lowe's customers.

“Staff is very helpful but not overly so I was trying to make something. The lady came and asked me if I could use any help. I told her I was trying to create something that didn't exist. I said, but thank you. She said you're welcome and left me alone.”
