Mau went above and beyond to help me during an incredibly stressful situation. I was switching from my old carrier, my phone was damaged and wouldn't turn on, and I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious. She was able to port my phone number within minutes and also helped me recover and back up my data from iCloud, which was a huge relief. I'm extremely thankful for her patience, professionalism, and willingness to stay past closing time to make sure everything was taken care of. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about helping me.

She handled it so well. People need to see that they are only doing their job. We drive from lake Isabella to this location because they are the only ones willing to explain everything to us.
