“After reading reviews about this location and the one on Shattuck, I came here to open an account. Glad I did. Their employees are so helpful and nice!!! Particularly Amarita and Jessica. They walked me through the process of opening a business account. Amarita even researched something with me, which proved to be helpful because when I got home I wouldn’t have found the information on the website had I not seen it at her office.Chase is so much better than Bank of America. And apparently are the largest in America so we don’t have to worry about it going under like recent banks around here have.Super happy with my experience and glad I came here (which is further away) to open a new account.”

“Honestly this is more of a retroactive review. This restaurant closed down years ago and I've been kicking myself for not patronizing it more often. The food was excellent and the service amazing. Sadly I've not been able to find another restaurant with great value and quality. Like Tikka Corner.”

He was followed by the manager who introduced herself which I thought was very cool. I mentioned to them that I was at a branch in the next town. But this one's more convenient to my house and was told that. I'm very welcome to do business with him at any time I'd like. I like customer service like this. It's nice to see some place that I can walk into and feel like a valued customer. And don't misunderstand me the people at the bank that I'm currently at are just as nights. “A friendly, competent, and customer oriented branch of "Bank of America" - - once you are inside.
The bank-tellers and workers make more than up for the rough and sketchy block they got assigned to by higher-ups and city planning. Helpful, friendly, clean (inside). Outside: Bank customer's personal safety does not seem a priority to Bank of America HQ or Berkeley city planning.
PS.: It feels like an outpost in the Wild West there”
