Very expensive, $250 shirt. Beware of 10 day return policy. Expect a better return policy at that price point. I sense it's an issue with more customers, when I went to return the sales person looked frightened when I said I wanted to return the shirt.

Horrible customer service and snotty sales person was on her computer entire time I was in the store, Abby. Ridiculously expensive merchandise. The others are okay but Abby set the tone. No wonder this store is always empty.

I have been buying their clothes for years. I used to live in Los Angeles and was able to get them locally, now I order them online. The customer service is superb. Their product is superb. Everything is well-made, and I love their stuff.
