“Mani Was the best customer agent at Metro have ever connected with and I've been with Metro a few times after leaving T-Mobile a few times and while I like T-Mobile I decided to go with with Metro for cost reasons and when it came in this third time to transfer or pour it out from T-Mobile to Metro money was really instrumental in facilitating the conversation between T-Mobile customer service and Metro customer service that appears that there is block and Metro. Had to connect with T-Mobile to do the unblock and it was very confusing and very frustrating but Mani was able to kindly and patiently facilitate this port and it was successful. He wouldn't above and beyond the call of duty and he's awesome. He should get a brand new free phone out of it. ;)”

“I love this target, not because its close to me, well yes, thats one reason, but everything is pretty clean and organized. The staff and pharmacy is very helpful, nice, considerate and knowledgable. of the many things that stuck out every time I visit, this one particular interaction with a team member in the pharmacy section, Chris M, i think (apologies if his last initial is incorrect). I was looking for a single box for covid 19 and could not find it as I was looking for a specific one, which was not there. I was also looking for robitussin, which i couldnt find as well. I saw a younger team member that was putting away stock near the pharmacy and things related area and asked him here the robitussin was, then after that i asked him where the covid tests were and showed him a picture of what i was looking for via the target app. it looked like he was trying to say something, but as the same time it looked like he was reading my lips. he gave me pretty strong details on where the robitussin was and with the covid 19 test kit, he scanned the tag and it seems that it was not ready to be stocked, im not sure, but how much he didnt take a second away from helping me find the items i needed and while seemingly reading my lips, I was very impressed with his overall service, personality, work ethic and the interaction of his help. shout out to Chris M. near the pharmacy area for reading my lips and knowing what i needed and where exactly to find them. aside from the particular covid test not readily available, it was not a big deal, I value his service and quick actions and knowledge when I needed it.”

“When I first went in to get a phone I was expecting to pay 150 for a phone and service I spent close to 117 the guy set me up and out the door I thought that was easy then came the problem I was trying to make a call and turns out they never activated the sim card so I called and they said I needed the account pin well the one I thought that I put in was wrong so I go to the store explain what the problem was boom they fixed it I was happy left wait still didn't get the pin so I go back and hey you want a talet for free they say to me for free yes just pay the tax well than it's not free he said no it's free I'll cover the tax I'm like ok but he charged me service fee for my phone now I pay 10 a month for a free tablet and 60 for a phone and still don't have the pin two months later I was able to get pin and my address that I gave them was not the address on the bill nor was the email. So now I need to know what email my account is under”
