The last time I took her to a groomer (not this place) they said they couldn’t do her face bc she didn’t let them. Understandable for sure but I was definitely disappointed. Fortunately I found this spot this year and these pros know how to handle Bunny (my dog) and get her looking clean cut and fluffy. I’m sure she’s not the easiest pup but they know how to maneuver and work with her in a way that they say that she does well with them! I really appreciate the patience and expertise there is at Doggy Avenue.

It's always clean, there are always multiple workers in the yard when they are outside and there's cameras so when you miss your pup you can check in on them. They have never said no to me about boarding and sometimes I can call at the last minute. Definitely a great spot to take your dogs.

They know their medicine, and really care about the animals. Very happy to have found them. My only complaint is parking. Sometimes it's challenging in front, but usually there is some space relatively close.

120 E Olive Ave #18, BurbankDr. Basilious is a literal lifesaver!! I brought my sweet energetic 1 year old kitty here after she suddenly started refusing food and water and became lethargic. My old vet dismissed my concerns after the world’s briefest evaluation, so I decided to try Bastet Cat Hospital to get a second opinion. After a much more thorough examination, Dr Basilious found that her bladder was TWICE the size it should be! He drained her bladder and put her on a special diet and antibiotics, and I’m so thrilled to say that she’s back to her playful self! Everyone in the office is so kind and knowledgeable, and they even worked with me to keep the cost down. I’m happy to switch my 3 kitties to this clinic and give them my business, they deserve it. Thank you Dr. Basilious!

Rainbow is the nightmare of places for my animals but when it came to Media city it was a shocker that my own pets actually get excited about going here. I trust them and it's not chaotic in there. They gave recommendations for what my animals need and really told me what's actually recommended while the rest of the offers aren't needed. They're not trying to make money they just want people to have healthy pets. I love you Media we will be returning again soon ?
PS: Staff is super professional and very knowledgeable. I almost wanna buy the whole place lunch because they're so sweet

It is her home away from home and that makes it so much easier to be away from her for the whole day. The staff is amazing. They are so attentive and knowledgeable. Zoe is especially fond of Mauricio. He's great with the little dogs and he's always very kind to her. Zoe loves me, but sometimes she doesn't want to leave and that's because of the wonderful staff.
