She followed us out of the post office. At this time, my pick ups include myself, accompanied by a short male Asian mixed guy smiling in the camera speaking a little Japanese with peppery hair. I like to stick with the same team. We stick together.

“Excellent Service at Westwood USPS
I am absolutely amazed by the service at the United States Postal Service in Westwood. Every single letter I send from this location reaches its recipient without any issues. In the past, my mail would often get lost when sent from other branches, but here everything works flawlessly!
The staff are wonderful — always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. They work quickly and accurately, and they know exactly when to suggest additional services. Everything here is just perfect. Thank you!”
“Great customer service there's a guy that worked here on August 8th 2025 2:PM he served me, when it was my turn in line he gave me GREAT CUSTOMER service, he deserves a promotion, & I also noticed while I was waiting in line he was actually teaching other customers a out how the shipping thing works since they seemed alil confused about media mail. But besides him being a Great Worker, every time I come here to ship my packages all the employee that work here are soo respectful caring and Amazing, i uselally like testing out other USPS around the area but cause of his Thier experience I'm stating loyal to this USPS even if I have to travel further just to get here. “The standard experience of a USPS Post Office visit ranges from tolerable to downright awful (my worst experiences being in NYC), but I have never had a better experience than the Lincoln location. There’s something about the culture of this office that the staff are courteous, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, truly give a damn and go out of their way to help. There was an older gentleman (who retired in December) who was wonderful and his replacement is just as good. If only all USPS offices were this good. Thank you guys, you give us hope!”
“I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving a missing parcel that had been stuck in transit with no updates for days. After getting nowhere online, I came into the branch hoping for some clarity—and that’s when I met Victor, the branch manager.
Victor was not only professional but genuinely helpful and patient. He took the time to listen, pulled up the tracking information, and made several calls on my behalf to locate the package. Thanks to his persistence and clear communication, we were able to track it down and get it moving again.

“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”

I wish more post offices around the country had employees like Nelson. We need to have a way to tip people thru an app who go above & beyond the call of duty.”

“Was no line when I arrived, but in the 10 mins it took to address some envelopes, 3 people had snuck in behind me. Naturally, each customer had a complicated transaction, so it took about 15 mins to advance to the window. About 6 people had lined up behind me during my wait. Staff was friendly and efficient. Decent post office if you time it right!”

“I received fast and efficient service at this post office. One of the clerks kindly assisted me in locating my missing mail, which I greatly appreciated. Although I don’t often leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. The clerk at Window 3—a lovely young woman with brown skin and striking green eyes—was exceptionally sweet and helpful. Additionally, the convenient location of this post office near my home makes it incredibly accessible. So far, so good!”

This location is so much cleaner than many other post offices.
Parking spots are sparse, but there are a couple of large parking lots nearby and the streets have parking too”
“Wow this is the best USPS I’ve ever visited in the U.S. having lived in 6 cities across 3 states. Kim went above and beyond — initially proactively offering help when I seemed confused and quickly found a solution that fits all my needs. This will be my new go to place for all USPS needs!”
“I came in with some assorted boxes and envelopes unsure about the exact postage to use, and Marisa was so patient and helpful. She gave the best advice to spend less money and even let me use some tape to seal up my box. I've been to many other LA post office branches and never left feeling happier than when I went in. Marisa is a treasure!”

Postmasters on Riverside Dr is hands down my go-to for shipping. The two gentlemen there are always super helpful and really know the ins and outs—whether I’m shipping to family in New York or sending packages internationally.
I’m writing this review because they saved me big time. Today, FedEx wanted $180 per package (plus box fees) to ship two large boxes to Utah. I went to Postmasters instead and they got it down to $88.20 per package. Huge difference.
Honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. I won’t ship anywhere else.”
“I utilize this particular USPS location as it's now my local branch since moving in this part of Los Angeles located in Hollywood and by far I have had the best experiences with simple customer service compared to three past local USPS locations I've had to deal with in other parts of LA County so I appreciate the time and effort given by the postal workers I've had the pleasure of assisting me with my postal service needs. “My most favorite USPS location in the Westwood/West LA area. Always greeted with a smile by the postal workers. Never a long line. I find the workers here patient in answering questions unlike their counterparts at the Exposition Blvd location who never fail to give me attitude like I am bothering them on vacation.”
“I went in and there was a long line. I thought I would be in line forever, but there was a Supervisor assisting what customers he could, which impacted how long the line was. Before I knew it, I was being served by one of the 2 window clerks. I was thanked for waiting in line. The Supervisor also thanked me for waiting in line as I left. Seemed to me the folks working there were doing their best to serve the customers as best they could.”

“It's hard to find a good post office in LA but this one for sure will be my goto! Security is so tight at the door which may upset people but if you can look past that then this is one of the cleanest, quickest post offices I have been to in the city. It's located in the federal building making it nice location and I appreciated the service I got”
“Rick is the best!! He’s always working very hard and doing his best to assist everyone. He never has attitude, he’s always very nice and patient. I used to dread going to the post office because you never know what you’re gonna get with the employees but he always makes the whole process easy”
