“Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. Everyone I have interacted with at their company is very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to any needs we have. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service!”

“I had an old Bose system and wanted to hook it up again to my tv and dvd player. I also wanted to add a turntable, Bluetooth for playing music from my iPhone, and headphones. I know zero about electronics, but Travis patiently and expertly guided me through purchasing the right components and connecting them all up. It was much less expensive and more sustainable than buying a whole new system. I learned a lot, and now we have a terrific entertainment center. I highly recommend Travis!”

“Actually pretty awesome! Comcast may give me more gray hairs than any utility, and calling them is a terrible experience. But the people here were kind and efficient and working hard to get though a long line on a rainy day.I just came in to the store to drop off some kind of streaming thing Xfinity sent us that we didn't want, and one of the guys said "you don't have to wait in line." He took the box behind the counter and that's it! I was expecting it to be a whole thing so I was pleasantly surprised.”

“Well, I'd trusted more this T-Mobile, than the one over here on Mission St. and the end of Ocean Avenue.I went here first, but this employee's are not attending pretty good if we ask for help. See, I has a problem with my Android phone, when I called someone I didn't ring the other phone, so, did shot off if wasn't connected.So, I had to go to the one from Daly City, they activated my phone two times. But the third time I had to do it myself, it takes time, but I am getting more practice. Maybe, I don't go there for help anymore. My phone is working pretty good now. Can you see some of my photos? “I have had good luck with CityNet isp over the years until now. I called tech support because my internet was down when I got home. I use it for work. Their after hours tech support is in Atlanta I later Iound out. The first time I called tech support last night I simply asked the technician if other people in town were experiencing issues with their internet (at this point I thought the tech support was at citynet not a call center.) The lady on the other end laughed and said yes other people are having issues too and laughed again.I then told her I would simply wait a couple of hours and call back if it was not up. She laughed again and said goodbye.I laid down for a few hours.. snd when I awoke the isp was still down so I called support again. This is when I found out they were a call center.. the lady had me unplug and replug my equipment a couple of times then said I need a technician on-site. So it's 4am now and I am headed into the office because I can't work at home. Repair people are supposed to call me today to schedule a repair.My rating afterwards will either be changed to 5 stars or decreased depending on the support I get today. I will update the review when my repair is completed.I do have hope in the local repair folks though.. they are very capable so I'm sure it will be updated with a positive ending to this post.The offsite call center is the reason for only 4 stars at this pointUpdate - Citynet folks are awesome!! they rewired my condo the same day as the initial visit because I work fro home. The technicians were so capable and friendly I gave them both a bottle of an un-named beverage. To citynet- thank you soo much!! I would give you 6 stars if possible :)Nice folks too - highly recommended by me to anyone who is considering their services!!”
