“This is the best sneaker store in LA. Not only do they have sneakers, but they have designer, streetwear, and their own clothing brand. They carry brands like Chrome Hearts, Gallery Department, Supreme, and more. They have been at the Westfield Topanga for a couple years now and I don’t see them leaving soon. “Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“I highly recommend Westlake Shoes (in the TJ Maxx shopping center on Thousand Oaks Blvd.) to both men and women. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I always have trouble finding comfortable shoes elsewhere, but when I walk into Westlake Shoes, I know that Ron or Tim will help me find exactly what I need. I remember Tim telling me a few months ago that when women are looking for shoes for a wedding that are both comfortable and stylish, they are always so happy they came to this store. So when my daughter got engaged, I went straight there as soon as I found my mother-of-the bride dress, confident that they would fit me in something that would dazzle, yet allow me to enjoy the night without pain! And sure enough, they did. I am so happy I came here for those shoes. They carry a wide variety of Naot shoes (made in Israel), as well as Ara shoes (so comfy!) and many, many other brands. Be careful when you buy, because they will only give a store credit for a return. But that's not an issue for me, since I am a frequent shoe buyer and they always have something I love. Please shop at Westlake Shoes! It's the only brick and mortar shoe store around for miles, and our community really needs them. Again, the customer service is amazing! And they are so knowledgeable about every aspect of their products.”
“shoe lab always does a good job on cleaning my luxury sneakers and repairing my belts or wallet, when i need some tune up or any repairs, they been around for over 30 years, i like that they have 2 places in the same street in case i am in the mall i stop by in the new location , in case i am in the village i drop off my stuff as well.

little more pricier like 190 - 220! truly someone that has wide feet would only understand. I went to REI and they didnt have any wide shoes in stock. My Wide Feet Store, now only sells women shoes but they referred me here!!

“On occasion you can find brand named clothing and shoes at a reasonable price, not exceptionally low prices, but reasonable. I have picked up some Vans and Converse shoes at reasonable prices and brand named shirts and outer wear. Worth stopping in if you are in the area. Expect a long wait to check out however. I usually don't want to make a purchase unless it is an exceptional bargain, or it is not worth the wait in line. I would probably spend more if the lines were faster.”

Now as an adult I shop here for all my friend's babies, and when I have a child someday, their wardrobe will be solely Carter's! I walked in, described my ideal pant, had a stack of amazing jeans waiting in a fitting room within 30 seconds, and walked out with pants I love after less than 10 minutes in the store. “Good size store. Huge free parking lot. Wheelchair access. It's on the ground floor. They always have some sales going on. They carry more than just shoes and there's also a clearance area tucked away. Ask about that when you go in. There are good customer service and if you need help just ask. Sometimes they'll even ask. Also this is a brand new store open less than a year. I definitely recommend this particular WSS. Very easy and friendly.”
“My favorite store for top quality fashion and accessories. Brett is great and works hard at locating items that may have low inventory. Tailoring is included. Malibu Cross Creek mall location has many fine shops and restaurants plus outdoor music on the weekends. Pricey but there are sales occasionally.”

“Wish they had more than one or 2 checkout cashiers which can create waiting in line holding multiple pairs of shoes for 10-15 mins. Not easy for those of us with arthritic hands, weak knees and no place to sit and still must wait your turn. ?Be warned... No bags to hold multiple pairs of shoes unless you pay $1.00 for a large paper shopping bag I believe, and that only holds 2 maybe 3 pairs of shoes. Maybe bring in a shopping cart from the always busy grocery store and shop in comfort?
You would think they would encourage multiple purchases.
Doesn't stop me from donating old shoes and getting $5 reward points limited to donating once a week. Also lots of choices for womens' tennis shoes.”

“I liked this store a lot. We live near Dodger Stadium, and I had never been out to Old Town Calabasas. Their collection of low top Nike Air Forces were like the ones Instagram likes to advertise to me, so I enjoyed seeing them in person in their very cool mirror-and-air-plant-lined shoe hallway. Everybody was friendly to us. Not all of the items were my cup of tea, but liked a lot of it and thought it was a well-curated store that'll really connect with a lot of people.”
