“I love this bank. There’s never a line. Everyone is friendly. They smile. There’s good background music playing. If I don’t feel like going in, there’s a drive through. It’s never packed . They’re really nice there. It reminds me of the good old days.It’s so refreshingly different than BofA across town, where they have a big open building that’s packed with employees and customers and there’s only one teller. “Like any smaller bank branch, they can get busy, especially if there is a lot of demand for one specific person such as the branch manager (needed for safe deposit box access, smaller account creation, check cashing without having an account, many approvals, etc.). This can especially overload things on the days paychecks are given out. But they have a huge assortment of services out of this branch, and I learn more about how Citi might help my finances every visit. We have NEVER left the branch without accomplishing everything we intended and given the amounts we tend to deal with, that has taken over an hour on occasion. They are friendly, thorough, and competent, and if we call in advance to pick a good time, that really shortens our time in the branch.”

He is quick and friendly and has great hair. He is always answering the other tellers' questions without slowing down on the transaction he's doing for me. He is hands down the most handsome man I've seen working at a chase.
