He was so helpful and I'm super excited for my new rates and APR. I was paying a lot from my previous company and I have some peace of mind now knowing I am now able to save some money. I honestly did not think he would be able to help me but I was completely wrong. Eddie was nice, courteous, explained options and took my constant phone calls when I had all the questions. I was turned down before at another bank to refi a previous car and I went into this seriously scared. This honestly made my year!! Thanks Eddie for your help and patience!!”

With a super tight closing date, Joe was diligent in following up with all the involved parties to fly through the loan pre-approval and underwriting process. “Cang NguyenThis small but very convenient bank is in a nice shopping center that I have been with since May 4, 1976 (National Bank was the name then). The staff from the tellers, to Tammy ( I forgot her title but she is the person who says hello to us first) …and Rhoda, the bank manager, all of them always welcome you with a big smile.
