“Crystal was AMAZING! .I went in to begin 5G Home WiFi for my mom. She was very busy since she was the only employee but she was calm, thoughtful and professional. She acknowledgd everyone and found the reason we were all there.
During our conversation I mentioned a few other things I have been thinking about doing. Crystal took notes and said she'd be happy to help review the other items with me. She made suggestions and showed me side by side comparisons of my current plan and the additional benefits if I upgraded my plan and if I upgraded my old iphone 13 to a new iphone 15 pro.
