“I visited the 49ers store the day before the Tennessee Titans game in December 2025 to find the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I bought a 49ers yearbook, a Nick Bosa plaque and a silicone pint glass. I received a 10% discount because I visited the 49ers museum earlier in the day. I am very happy with my items and would call again. There are plenty of products available and I would expect most fans would see something they like. Paying for my stuff was quick and easy. The store is suitable for all ages.”

“This was my first time shoe shopping at JD, and I was worried about the level of service after reading so many negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and this was all because of Bryson. He saw me and my wife from a distance and sprung into action and asked if there was anything he could help us find. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and even options I had no idea were available when it came to colors and styles. He worked quickly and efficiently while multitasking and helping other customers as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the way Bryson handled my shoe shopping needs. I think the value here is great as well, $100 for a pair of classic Adidas Sambas, that are pretty hard to find anywhere else. The cashier was very nice too, but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Overall, my experience at JD was great, and I'll definitely come back the next time I need some sick kicks! Once again, I gotta give a big shout out to the main man Bryson, you're lucky if he's there when you're at JD sports.”
“So I went into this location with dread after reading the mostly horrible reviews. I had bought my (very picky) son 2 pairs of jeans online and they weren't baggy enough for his liking and he wouldn't wear them. It had already been over a month and one pair didn't have the tags anymore. So I automatically figured that they'd give me the hardest time exchanging. When I got there, Sharon helped me locate the ONLY pair of extreme baggy jeans in the size I needed with a special machine. It would beep when we got close to the right ones and she went above and beyond searching to find them. I thought it was worth a review alone! Next I worked with Eliot who was the manager and he helped me with my exchange, no issues at all! Very kind and helpful! Both employees are examples of the types of employees that every retail/customer service business should hire! Thank you both for helping me when I went in expecting the exact opposite!!”
