He had me try on different types and I found out I have a wide foot and the shoes I’ve been wearing were wrong. Absolutely great experience and customer service.”

“First off, this review is about the golf cart and the range, putting and the whole encompassing golf facility. I drove past this facility for decades glancing over from the 78 freeway. I never thought too much about it except for the fact it seemed odd to have a range where you're essentially hitting up to a hill. I had no idea it was a small but very ideal golf practicing mecca. You can hit balls for a good price, you can do some putting and chipping off the green and buy what you need at the golf mart. Get your clubs re-gripped or tweaked to your liking. Very friendly and competent staff. Nothing fancy. Just a real golf place for real golfers looking to improve their game. They have lessons and all that as well. Check it out!”

“I had no idea there is a Columbia store in Carlsbad, we made it on the last day of the big sale and wow did we get great bargains.
It was very easy to find things but to try them on the fitting room line was so long I took my chances.
I also had no idea Tuesday is senior discount day so I will be going back. The staff were very helpful but, I was looking at something and a young guy with long fluffy hair cut me off and almost knocked me over. There was absolutely NO apology from him, I was shocked. When he came flying back out the dressing room I said, “you know you almost knocked me over when you went in a couple of minutes ago, he never stopped to talk to me and just said over his shoulder as he continued to rush away, “I’m sorry.” That is not good enough, he’s rude and doesn’t care about who he plows down that’s in his way.”
“This was the first time that I went into the Adidas outlet store and Caleb was so nice to help me as I am in a wheelchair, he got the shoes that I wanted and really took his time with me and I really appreciate that.”

“This place has the best prices, everyone knows it, and it's always packed! On my visit we were looking for school shoes for the kids and I was looking for some new polo shirts. My kids found shoes they loved and the store had their sizes (big plus). I found a slew of polo shirts in their Men's apparel section. The selection was awesome, plenty of L and XL in stock. I did use their dressing room as I am between sizes... the attendants greeted me and let me know which room was opened. On the way out I was greeted again and asked if I needed anything else. Great store with awesome staff. The store is very well staffed; they had all their registers open, multiple staff were out on the floor re-folding items, re-stocking, and/or assisting shoppers. We were in and out in record time.”

“I mistakenly left a clothing bag from another store at the Carlsbad location on Monday before driving back home 2 1/2 hours away. I called and they rectified my situation right away with care. Excellent staff at this here, I will be returning every time I’m in Carlsbad!!!”

He was very patient and happy to walk us through everything (especially with the embroidering), and when a different hat caught my own eye he helped me navigate the sizing and gave tips on how to make a smaller size fit better. Not sure how this location may have been in the past, but Chris really made the visit for us this time. Friendly, caring employees can feel hard to come by sometimes.”
