“I love this surf shop so much!! They have the cutest clothes and accessories, a huge variety of surf wax, and SO much surf gear to choose from. They even have a whole upper level dedicated to wetsuits and surfboards, which is basically a surfer’s dream! They also have an entire room filled with 50% off sale items, plus a separate room just for kids stuff, so there’s something for everyone. I also bought my school backpack in here! (a blue roxy backpack)I could spend forever looking around in here because there’s always something cool to find. Honestly, I love this place so much that I’m considering working here when I’m older! The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
