“Okay I can write a book about this place. I'll beat the previous review by saying its 5 plus 5. So 10 lol But I'll save you some time. And just go here. Experience the element at its natural glory. I'm 37 and walking into this play gave me absolutely joy. It's nostalgic. Every employee in there has such a great vibe! I needed some griptape on a deck. BAM! I got my grip tape I wanted! This place has it all. Shoes , shirts, decks!!! And amazing pricing too. You need to refresh your board? They have all the fixings. Need to sticker up your belongings! They got that too? Ya feeling lonely but you need someone to talk to and chill to some skateboard vibes. Yea there experts! It's so cool when your shopping , talking to employees. Then Mike the legend just strolls in and says hi! As if they knew you from a different life time! To the people at this skateshop. Ya rock! You were so polite to me and my wife. We felt welcomed! Definitely coming back!”

“This is a convenient location for REI. Located near every place else you could want to stop for errands. This inside of this location has 2 stories of REI goodies. It's very compact as far as how everything is organized, but you can find nearly everything you need here. This location even seemed to carry some clothes, shoes, and gear that wasn't offered on the floor of the other REI locations.There is TONS of parking at this location. It's very convenient when you are trying to find a spot to load in all the gear, bikes, or people you are taking on your next adventure. The parking lot offers wheelchair accessible parking right up front, and it's easy to get up to the sidewalk.The staff was helpful and accommodating without being annoying. They were willing to set things aside for pick up if you call ahead as well. This was an enjoyable place to shend time shopping.”

“These guys are great. Brian and Chris took great care in exposing the e-bikes and getting us on our way. We rode the PCH down south of Del Mar and back up to Solana Beach with a bunch of stops in between. It was the highlight of our anniversary weekend. Go see these people, authorities on e-bikes, top notch service.”

“Always a pleaser to visit this shop. Ive had dear friends who worked there like Roy Coffman (RIP my Brother) who where exceptional in every way. Masa is another employee who knows all the merchandise and super friendly and professional. This is a super expensive shop...I buy my trunks there or maybe a gift once a year. They are dog friendly w water bowel at the ready to keep the slurping continuing. Semper Fi to my Patagonia peeps!!!”

“Once you Vuori, you'll never go back. Sorry, not sorry, Lulu, but there's a new girl in town. And what I love about Vuori is that it's truly for everyone. Vuori takes athleisure to the next level. First of all, you will not find softer, more comfortable clothing than at Vuori. Don't at me. Just see for yourself. Every single person we've gifted something from Vuori to has been in awe of just how fabulous their fits are. They have great options for both men and women. I have swapped out all my athleisure to theirs and they even have some more fancy pieces. Case in point, I recently boat a coat from Vuori for my trip to Paris. It was the perfect winter coat and so comfortable! My husband also has shorts in every color from here and we got his dad a fun Aloha print polo for his birthday. Encinitas screams Vuori with it's laid back feel and this store is worth stopping into!”

“This store is very near and dear to me. I used to take my grandma shopping for shoes here, so I will wait to look at shoes until I am in the area! I love feeling her presence around me. Today she helped me pick out my first pair of Birkenstocks. It only took me since the 1970s to finally cave and get a pair! Very happy. Helpful staff. A+ for shoes and nostalgia.”

“Encinitas Dicks was fantastic! Terry was the best ever! We came at the time of closing and kept the store open for us to let us try on insoles for my cleats. More than accommodating and the kindest workers you will meet. All the cashiers and those in footwear made sure we took our time not to feel rushed. “A must visit so much great information and the staff are amazing! They told me anything I was interested in learning about and they take their time and we went inside it was really nice. They had the first machine inside and a bunch of cool stuff. I collect head covers and they had some in the display that were cool I was telling the staff member how I saw cool ones online with fur and stuff anyways while I’m deciding which one to get he came back with an amazing dragon cover I’ve never seen anything like this and plan to go back to buy a putter from the store. Definitely a memorable experience!”
