“I went in to swap shafts on my Titleist Driver, I had a stiff and needed an X. The man who helped me Michael was incredibly patient with me and made me feel welcomed in the store. He showed me it was a better idea to get a new driver with a higher degree of loft, sometimes at golf stores the staff can be arrogant and rude, Michael was the complete opposite. “Visited for the first time last week, I was at a wedding with my wife in the area and snuck away one morning to get in line early, because I have no power in my marriage. I was third in line behind a guy with a Tour putter, he was shown a selection of new tour putters. I wanted a tour putter but I knew going I would have to buy a Moto first, so I did. The staff were direct in ascertaining my intentions upon arrival, and showed what I was allowed to buy. They let me buy a gallery exclusive headcover for which I was grateful. If you go, get in line early. If you play their game correctly your experience will be positive, and know He is always watching to eliminate resellers.”
